human family. Intends for global agreement about basic rights, the inherent dignity of human
beings defend the equal rights for men and woman. The Constitution of the United States details
areas of the individual liberty upon which government do not be intrude. The first Amendment to
the constitution says: “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or
prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the
right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of
grievances.”

Anaysi and Otubu (2018) have shown the economic impact of mobile banking and they found
that they provide their clients various services. It can handle cash free of charge. They still have
the great scope to expand mobile banking to assist with economic growth (Otubu, 2018).
Renima Malhotra (2011) has described a number of factors in her master's thesis paper on
'Contributing to the acceptance of mobile banking in New Zealand' that influence the adoption
of mobile banking like technology, efficiency, accessibility, expenses, etc.
Scornavacca and Hoehle (2006) in their work' Mobile Banking in Germany,' portrayed the
Mobile banking picture provided especially by Post Bank services in Germany, Savings Bank of
Hamburg and the DZ bank . The prospect of mobile banking in Germany is promising for them
(Scornavacca & Hoehle, 2007).
S.M. Sohel Ahmed and Shah Johir Rayhan (2011) In their article published on iiste.org entitled
"Problems and Prospects of Mobile Banking in Bangladesh," mention that 21 % of people in
Bangladesh use mobile banking top-up in Air Time. This research is close to that of mobile
banking in certain areas of prospecting.
Ansari (2018) states in his article “Mobile Banking Issues in Bangladesh: An Investigation” that
to decrease the inexperience gap, bank managers should increase mobile banking transaction
experience among the people. The word mobile banking is comparatively less well-known in our
nation than in the developed country.
Md. Golzare Nabi and Md. Mostafizur Rahman Sarder (2020) in their works, “Do Mobile
Financial Services Promote Ethical Banking in Bangladesh?” State that MFS has been a
powerful influence in the digital construction of Bangladesh. The growth of mobile financial
services (MFS) has accelerated since its introduction, and it now offers services to 41.9 million
users (Md. Mostafizur Rahman Sarder, 2020).
Islam and Salma (2016) in their job "Mobile Banking Facilities for Operations and Banking
Rural people in Bangladesh” say that mobile banking is real-time online banking, accessible at

anytime, anywhere in the world. And it’s easy, inexpensive and stable, much more efficient in
establishing saving habits, access to affordable banking and advanced payment transfers, much
safer, faster and safeguarded against fraudulent transactions. All of the attributes of mobile
banking make it simpler.
Islam (2013) in his work "Mobile Banking: An Emerging Issue in Bangladesh," states
that Mobile Banking is a variation of branchless banking, which uses information and
communication technology and non-bank retail agents to provide financial services beyond
traditional bank branches and is also open for 365 days. In financial transactions, M-banking has
a positive effect on transfers, purchases, deposits and withdrawals.
Ali (2010) notes in his work that "Success of Mobile Banking in Bangladesh" mobile banking is
new for our economy. This service is now being offered by just a few banks. Via Internet
Banking, most banks provide balance data only. In all the banks which provide internet banking
services, actual fund transfers and fund disbursement are not feasible. So this item would benefit
from a first mover's advantage. For both banks and consumers, it is inexpensive. The bank would
be able to reduce the cost of overhead and make more profit from it. For their transaction needs,
the clients would be able to save time as well as resources.
Islam and Hossain (2013) in their work "Consumers' Attitudes to Mobile Banking IN
Bangladesh," note that M-banking entails performing account balance and transaction history
investigations, transfers of cash, bill payments, stock trades, portfolio management, as well as
insurance ordering through a mobile computer. M-banking is an evolving part of M utilities, and
may become a big source of revenue for both banks and telecom service providers. It provides
value to customers through pervasive connectivity, time convenience and mobility, among all
other banking networks.

Research Methodology
Research Design: The analysis will be structured in a descriptive style.
Studies are built from a qualitative point of view. By conducting a survey, I
will gather information. I will compare my data with the basic
information like ethnicity, income level with perception of efficiency,
perception of costs and perception of dissemination.
Population: The mobile money transfer service customers are my
population.
Location of the Survey: My field of survey is in Mymenshingh city.
Sampling frame: I will only choose those persons who have at least
once used any mobile money transfer service. Since I am going to perform
the Mymenshingh City survey, my respondents are likely to be from
Mymenshingh City.
Sample
Sample size: I will have focused my survey on 30 respondents.
Sampling Technique: I will use convenience sampling methodology with random
respondents for sampling. I can access our closest mobile money transfer service agent’s
positions and conducted our survey on the customers who comes to take the service.
Sources of Data: In this particular report I will take primary and secondary data
both .Primary data will be collected from the survey and secondary data will be collected from
the related studies done in the present timeline.

Research Model
This research would consider survey on 30 respondents and considers sampling
methodology with random respondents for sampling. And it considers closest mobile money
transfer provider agent’s locations and performed our survey on the customers who comes to
take the service. This study considers used both primary and secondary data. Secondary data are
collected from similar studies conducted in present timeframe and primary data are collected
from the survey.
This research chose the customer who has used any mobile money transfer service at least once.
And will conducting the survey in Mymenshingh city .So our respondents are likely to be from
Mymenshingh city. This research considers structure in descriptive style. This analysis is built in
qualitative point of view. This thesis considers gathering knowledge by conducting a survey.
