Introduction
The foremost objective of this paper is to emphasis of the development of a new
farmer support application by Globex Corporation. This new software will be aiming to help
the farmers to improve their productivity of crops, the new software is also meant to reduce
the costs in farming which is a big concern for the farmers.
Description of this software development project
This project will be having numerous stakeholders associated with them like the
representative of Globex, farmers, whole sellers, software designers, software developers,
government officials and business analyst. Each of the stakeholders of this project must be
working very hard and maintain the project scheduling which will be proposed in the lower
sections of the paper. The following unit of the paper will be discussing the area of impact of
this project.

discussed in the below in a detailed manner.

Part 2: Project Scope of this software development project
The main objective of this software development projects to help the farmers to
increase the productivity of the crops. Each of the internal as well as the stakeholders
associated with the project must be very much committed to complete this software
development project on time and the proposed budget. The agricultural services will be

significantly improved after the use of this new mobile based farmer support application.
Productivity of each geographical area can be significantly improved using the new mobile
based farmer support application. All the registered wholesalers and markets in each
geographical area can be very much benefitted after the use of this new software application.
It must be also said that the farmers should be readily accepting the new software as it will
eventually help them on a long term basis.
Out of scope
The use of this new software will be needing a professional training for the farmers as
they would not know how to use the new the new software applications. Installation of the
new software must be compatible with the farmers of each geographical area. The raw data
from which will be collected by Globex Corporation from the farmers should be very much
helpful for the software designers and the software developers.
Scope Management of this project
Resource management procedure must be followed in both the first phase of this
project where the prototype will be building in 2 months and the final phase of the project
which is approximately 4 months after the completion of the first phase. Time required for
each phase of the project should be managed in an organized manner so that each phase of
this project is completed in time.
Scope management plan of this project
The above discussed scope of this project has to be managed in an organized manner
using the time scheduling and resource management techniques. Co-ordination between each
of the stakeholders of this project is very much necessary to finish the software development
project with in the 6 months. The scope of this project must be address the farming issues.
