different other connected devices have led to the primary access of the devices to the internet
platform. The impact of mobile-based cloud computing has led to tremendous forms of benefits
in the field of computing technology (Trusiewicz & Legierski, 2013). They have several forms of
integrations within the sector such as the use of the personal form of computing, cloud-based
computing, wireless technologies and distributed form of computing. The most common form of
areas that are been highly challenged is the field of vehicle communication and the different
forms of enabled applications. There have been several forms of increasing number of
interactions between the sensing and computing enabled devices (Wang et al., 2016). They have
hence introduced many of issues within the various areas of research such as connectivity,

many others. The use of these forms of devices would help in enhancing of quality of life within
the sector. The use of these technologies would also bring several forms of changes within the
sector of mobile computing and vehicle communication. This would be helpful in gaining
different forms of insights within the sector.
2. A Brief Analysis of Mobile Computing and Vehicle Communication
2.1 Mobile Computing
Mobile computing could be defined as the vast set of IT-enabled solutions and
technologies, services, products and the use of different kinds of operational strategies and
procedures. These vast set of procedures play a major form of role based on the improvement of
services within the area of computing (Dinh et al., 2013). The use of mobile-based computing

refers to the access of information within any form of location. This could be made possible with
the impact of an equipment. There are different forms of applications that are majorly been used
in the real world applications. The use of non-mobile or desktop computers would also allow for
a much larger form of higher form of degree based on the impact of the higher form of
computational performance. The use of mobile computing services has become vehicle-based on
the choice for every kind of users. The primary form of convenience based on mobile computing
could be based on the fact that users would be able to access the information from anywhere in
the world. The primary form of advantage is that customers would be able to view the different
computing services based on the computational resources (Gikas & Grant, 2013).
In general aspects, the contemporary form of the technology based on mobile computing
would involve the workstation based on mobile computing, they would be commonly be referred
to as the mobile device. This would also include the wireless network connection that would
primarily be based on Wi-Fi or cellular form of technology. The use of mobile computing
platforms includes the use of different kinds of devices that includes notebook based PCs, mobile
phones, tablets, smartphones (Suo et al., 2013). They also include different forms of products
that would be aimed at the designing of specialized and vertical based applications. The impact

times, the use of cloud-based storage is majorly been useful for serving different types of
purposes such as bulk storage, backup of data, sharing of files and many others.
2.2 Vehicle Communication
The vehicle communication or vehicle-to-vehicle communication (V2V) could be defined
as the wireless form of transmission of a vast form of data between the motor vehicles. The
primary objective of vehicle communication is based on the prevention of accidents (Cheng et
al., 2013). This would be made to be possible with the help of vehicles to be put in transit. These
vehicles would then be able to send their respective position and thus speed up the data with one
another based on an ad hoc mesh form of network. The driver of the vehicle would be able to
receive a warning message in some cases of accidents. This would thus depend on the kind of
technology. Hence the vehicle would be able to make different forms of predictive measures
based on the actions such as slowing down of the vehicles or form a braking system (Tang et al.,
2014).
The V2V method of communications would be comprised of a wireless network topology
in which the automobiles would be able to send, receive and thus exchange vital messages within
each other. The data would be widely get collected and this data would include the vast forms of
information such as the location, speed, direction of travel of the vehicle, loss of stability and
braking systems (Abbas, Karedal & Tufvesson, 2013). The V2V systems could also be in the
form of a mesh network. This form of the network would be able to send the data, capture them
and thus be able to retransmit them over a wide form of network.
There is a major form of a roadblock during the implementation of V2V based methods
of communication and intelligent forms of transport based systems (Dressler et al., 2014). The
different kinds of a roadblock to the use of this form of technology include the need for the
