2DEVELOPMENT OF MBFSA
Introduction
The notable determination of the paper is to focus on the development of a mobile
based software by Globex Farm Equipment for the farmers, as it would help them to increase
the productivity and reduce the different types of overhead costs.
Project Description
There are different categories of stakeholders allied with this software development
project such as the employees of the Globex Corporation, whole sellers, government official
and a network of farmers and business analyst.
Part 1: MOV
Identification of area of the impact
The different areas of impact of the new mobile based software are presented in the
following table.
Area of impact Description
Customer The main objective of the mobile based
software is to focus on the expectation of
the farmers who is the prime customer of
the software.
Strategy The main strategy behind having this
software based application is to assist the
farmers to plan their crops in the coming
years (Jain, Kumar & Singla, 2015). The
planning of the crops can be done in a
professional manner using the software
based application (Olson, 2017). The

). The strategy of the operations can also be
done using the new application.
Financial The main determination of the new
software is to save most of the input cost of
the farming operations (Walisadeera,
Ginige & Wikramanayak (2015).
Operational The strategic farming options can easily be
managed using the end product of this
project.
Social Thus software can have huge social benefit
as the software can be helpful for the future
planning for the farmers (Martin, 2015).
Farmers can analyse, manage and collect
information using the new software.
