The paper replicates on “Globex” that generally reflects on
increasing productivity of the farmlands with the help of
methods and techniques that are cost effective. The
organization has 30 years of experience and thus they want to
increase the efficiency of the famers such that the farmers can

organization wants to develop a website application that is

It is identified a number of qualities that are associated with
leadership is required by the project leader for leading the
project effectively. Proper communication skills must be
present within the project manager for making appropriate
decisions for the project. Thus, it is found that communication
skill is considered as one of the important leading skill that is
present in project manager. The project leader must require
positive attitude so that they can progress positively for
accomplishing the project objectives effectively. Additionally, a
great project manager must have excellent problem solving
skills that must be resourceful as well as creative for resolving
problems associated with the project. Moreover, a project team
member must be a delegator that allows the project team to
properly delegate the project tasks effectively for achieving
best results within the entire project. Furthermore, a project
