grounds. In this era of reformation it is essential to transform health services as well so that ideal
results in terms of health can be availed. The mobile health services is an developing segment
which are undertaken by healthcare organisation so that suitable patient care is offered. The
world health organisation defines it as a medical and healthcare services which is offered with
the help of mobile devices such as smartphones tablets and other various other tools. It is an
approach which definitely impacts the accessibility of healthcare services with the help of mobile
application, text messaging and patient portals. This approach is beneficial for both patients as
well as institution as they can track health of a patient with help of electronic devices instead
being physically present there. This research aims to analyse the role which has been played by
mobile health services in the life of patients.
BACKGROUND OF THE STUDY
It can be easily ascertained that there is a heavy reliance of digital platforms by this
present generation. The aggregate age in the country stands around 50 which means there are
more inclined to fall victim of various illnesses and infection which are spread in the market. The
development of mobile health is a major breakthrough in the healthcare segment as people will

project. The aims of this research is to “Health service for 24 hours with mobile services- A
case study on NHS.”

For the purpose of planning and scheduling activities in a project Gantt chart are formed.
Gantt charts helps in ascertaining time provided to each activity for completion and progress
which has been attained during the project. The confusion is avoided as each activity is allotted
with specified time and resources. The relationship between different tasks are identified along
with keeping everyone updated on the progress.
