Factors to Consider
Research Proposal is a specific paper where the summary of the entire research that is
to be conducted needs to be estimated as a concise form to discover the entire phase of the
entire research. Here, the chosen research is selected on the basis of the Mobile-based expert
system model for the monitoring of animal health and at the same time the requirement of the
Near-Field communications-based model used for the portability of health information. The
factors that are needed to be considered for this topic is to be mentioned as follows, and these
are the points that needed to be considered for the development of the blog:
 For the research to be conducted, it is required that the objectives of the
learnings that are needed to be developed, the aims that the research is trying
to achieve and the planning and conduction of the entire research process.
 All these factors would be considered to find out the opportunity behind the
chosen topic and the in-depth idea of the entire research with the help of
collected data to decipher any idea behind the chosen research topic.
 This would be backed by the establishment of the understanding of the
research topic, the appropriate reason why this idea is selected, the collection

expert system model for monitoring the health of the animals
 The second chapter chosen for this research purpose would be the Near-Field
Communication business model developed for the portability of health
information
 The third and the last chapter chosen for this research is dependent upon the
prototype used for selecting the office space as a service.

Research Questions, Research Aims and Objectives
Understanding the research is established with the formulation of a proper
understanding of the research questions, the aims and objectives of the study. With the proper
understanding of all these, the research would be provided with a proper direction in which
the collection of the data needs to be formulated. This way, the analyst would be finding it
easier to follow a step by step procedure in which the findings of the collected data would be
understood as the research progresses forward. It is essential that for a research, data is
collected but the relevance of the collected data is only understood with the evaluation of the
research questions, the research aims and the objectives of the research would help in finding
out the relevance of the data as per the research progresses.

with the inquiry about a concern or any issue that the research has raised and the answer to

The above ideas that has been stated, there are a lot of points that needs to be focused
on given the topics behind the research and the ways by which the research should begin. The
ways by which the idea behind the initiation of a project is formulated is reflected on the
ways by which the project starts to collect the data and information about the chosen subjects.
The ways by which the research data is found to form a particular solution from the problems
identified about the chosen topic can be described in the form of the checklist as below:

Reflection on the Concepts so far
The concepts that has been identified to be specified so far is something that I have
developed over the idea of initiating and continuing a research work. This is something that I
have come across to understand how I should write a blog based on the research over the
subject that I have chosen. I understood that beginning a research first initiates with the idea
of selecting a particular topic. At the same time, I also understood that before writing a
particular blog, a proper research needs to be conducted to specify what should reflect in the
blog. This is why, the basics of the research need to be understood. Every research process
has the most important procedure that is associated with the collection of data and I
understand that the relevance of the collected data is found with the research aim, research
objectives and the research questions that find out the issues of the topics discussed and the
way to find out the solution to the problems.

This is to formulate the research that is to be conducted to develop the blog and this
would be identified with the first five question that comes to the mind as it would help in

generated through the blog would not put forward any kind of faulty information.
b. The first step of the data collection method should be conducted through the idea
that needs to be put forward to rationalize the proper way of conducting the
research to look into the method to follow the data collection.
c. Recording a journal is like maintaining a diary that records all the day to day data
in a chronological manner. This is why, the journal record is necessary to maintain
the record of all the collected data throughout the research process.
d. The proper way to collect and record the data for the journal would be keeping a
digital record of all the incidents that have so far been found for the conduction of
the research on a chronological basis with a backup created for saving the
misplacement of the journal.

Achievements estimated from the research
The achievements that have so far estimated to be achieved from the research is the
understanding of a successful research process that needs to be done by the step by step
procedure resulting in a well-informed blog. It is been looked forward to that the research
would be helping in finding out the data and the relevant information that would not just be
about the information about the topic but would also be looking forward to finding out the
solutions for the issues mentioned in the topic. The only thing that can cause a little anxiety is
the way by which the time and budget for the research process would be constricted for the
best uses.

2. Planning and Structuring Research Project
Activity 2.1
Planning the Schedule
This is the phase where the practical aspects of the entire research project are being
focused on. The planning of the project based on the theories behind a project is understood
with the research process according to set time. This is done to find out the relevant
infromation and the analysis of the collected data formed with the help of a set schedule and
the entire research process planned accordingly.
Managing the supervisor
The planning of the schedule would also include the description of the roles of the
people in the research team and the management of the supervision. This is required to

conduct a proper review to identify the feasibility of the collected data, the analysis of the
collected data and the research process altogether.
Progress Log
Progress log is required to understand of the time specified for the entire task and how
the progress is achieved and how much of it is still left to be achieved. This would include the
planning of the project, preparing the project schedule, the attaining of the regular meetings
with the project supervisor, the focused meetings, and the setting of the meeting agenda.
Strategy for being motivated
The strategy behind the planning of the entire task is formulated with the sole idea of
being motivated during the entire task that is required to be achieved with the help of the
motivational factors behind the entire procedure. This is to be estimated with the help of the
planning of the task, the positive thinking behind the set goals and the control of the subject

3. Developing the Project Proposal
Activity 3.1
Project Selection
The selection of the project is dependent upon the entire project to find out the
analytical and critical dissertation that is established by the different fields of research and
with the development of a hypothesis on the identified issue or problem. Therefore, the
project would be developed in a theoretical way with the help of collecting relevant data
through the secondary data collection techniques. This is why, the entire idea is dependent
upon the selection of the topic for research, which are the Mobile based expert system model
for animal health monitoring, Near-Field Communication based-model for health information
portability and a prototype for locating and choosing office space as a service.
Activity 3.2
Mind Mapping
Mind mapping is conducted amongst the entire plan for the chosen topic dependent
upon the choice between the topics, which is chosen to be the Near-Field Communication
based-model for health information portability. Mind Mapping is usually done to organize the
gathered information in the most visually articulate way possible. Following would be

Drafting the research proposal
Introduction
The entire research is formulated on the basis of finding out the health information
system and information portability for the health information of animals and the issues in the
project with the utilization of the information portability using Near-Field Communications.

The aim is to find out the relevant information regarding the system based on the Near
Field Communications for the portability of animal health information.
The objective behind this would be established by the estimation of the working
structure of the health information systems for reporting the animal health information and
the ways they can or cannot feasibly depict the portability of the information.
Rationale
The rationale behind the development of the research is to find out the relevant
feasibility of the data for the NFC and the portability of the health information with the help
of the EMR Systems and the development of the technologies for the portability.
Outline of the Proposed Methodology
The research methodology selected for this has been established as both qualitative
and quantitative methods because the involvement of the methods needs to be identified for
the collection of the data and the qualitative method for the formulation of an open-ended
question in the questionnaire.
Proposed Schedule of Work
The proposed schedule of the work is estimated to be around the completion of the
entire research for about 75 days with the initiation phase and the research closure phase.

The storage of the electronic health information for the animals would be dependent
of the confidentiality of the data followed by the consent required from the patients, the
practitioners of the healthcare and the veterinary hospital.

Reflecting on the Research Proposal
Conducting the research proposal, I would find it extremely important to find out how
the issues that arise in the utilization of the information portability using Near-Field
Communications is feasibly conducted with the utilization of the findings through the
research. The reflections need to be based upon the questions asked about the topic to find
out how the research is feasible as an information management procedure. This would also
answer the questions about the use of the new technology by the healthcare staff who have
been using the traditional methods for animal health information management.
