I am john. And I am a sole proprietor of my business, John’s Mobile Massage Business Therapy.
I am offering a variety of massage services to clients which are mobile specific. These services
are offered to clients on their home or comfortable place.
Statement of belief
Massage therapy helps the clients to fresh their mind and be energetic. Massage therapy helps a
person to gain back level of energy. It helps in taking leave from stress. My massage therapy will
provide effective results to clients. It requires the clients to have a contact number of my
business. It will be easy for them to gain the service as my business is mobile therapy. I want to
provide a warm professional mobile massage therapy to my clients that will help them to
stimulate blood circulation, anxiety level and decrease muscle relation. I want my clients to have
an easy life with great health. My massage therapy will help them to have an access to the world
easily and with strong muscles.

As I mentioned above, I am opening a mobile massage therapy business. I will go myself to my
clients and provide them facility of therapy. Location of my work is client’s place. I will provide
the services where my client will feel comfortable. I prefer to go in a car with all equipments of
massage I need for my business.
Competitive Advantage
In permanent location businesses, it is not possible for clients to take therapy according to their
availability of time. They need to go through therapist’s timing. But in my case, clients may call
me at any time on their availability. I am a certified therapist and fully trained. I can go myself to
clients and provide them the therapy. The clients must choose my business as it suits to their time
issues.

Goals of my business are categorized into three parts. These three pars are, personal goals, longs
term goals and short term goals. These goals are described under:
Personal Goals:
Earning profit: The main aim of my business is to earn a great return over expenses of my
business. I want to earn a comfortable living through this business. It requires me to provide
great facilities to my clients.
Making Reputation: The goal of my business is earning repetitive market position for growth.
For achieving this level, I will give my best services. For creating reputation, I will provide
services at low price. It will help to attract new clients towards my business.
Providing health Benefits: I also want to see people happy with their great health. It is my
passion which anyone can see in my work.
Short term Goals:
Earn Clients: Short term goal of my business is to clients for business. I am expecting to have
100 clients within next 6 months. It can be achieved by being loyal to customers. I have also
make social page for attaining feedback of the clients.
Attract Clients: I will provide my services to different locations which will help me to attract
new clients. My aim is to retain old customers and attract new ones.
Long Term Goal
Maintain Clients: Long term goal of my organization is to have more than 200 clients during
the year. It must be done within one year.
Earn High Profit: Another long term goal is to earn $ 60000 from clients of my business. The
income must be analyzed after every year.

Main target of my business are old age people or people having too much work. I am targeting
this market because they are more interested in getting these services due to their tensions or
health issues. It includes clients of all ages and provides effective benefits to clients.
Establishment of target market:

system of providing first day therapy free to all my clients. It will attract more clients and help
