• This presentation is going for discussing opening a new mobile shop. We just open a mobile
shop on the location of Dudley which is located in the West midland. Opening a new business is
very important to become a plan because a plan gives the process and direction. In the plan we
should cover the organisation detail, marketing and operation these three specific information is
required to run a business. In the organisation, detailed information includes how a shop is run
and what type of staff is required in the organisation.

OVERVIEW OF BUSINESS
• A company wanted to open a mobile shop in the west midlands. The company find the Dudley location where
they start a mobile shop. The owner wanted to sell various phones such as the iPhone, Sony and Samsung. They
also sell old and new phones in the shop. The owner aims to find other services in the shop. These sell ipads and
PC tablets. The company give the exchange offer to customers they wanted to trade in-service which means they
wanted to old phone which reduced the new phone cost. Shop also repair all mobile and also tablet. The shop
gives also all accessories related to the phone just like screen proctor, sim card, charger, T – mobile, Lyca,
Virgin, and voda. The company provide all the accessories related to mobile phone.

LOCATION
• The mobile shop location is next to the primary school within the high street. Where there is a
shop the premise is near as well as the new building also made. Student halls of residence and
bus stop opposite to mobile shop.

COMPETITIVE ENVIRONMENT
• The company knows the about the exiting market in the Westland they saw the mobile shops in
Dudley. So they give the good competitor to another mobile shop. Where the mobile shop is
established the company is well aware of the market and they also know the existing competitor
and what product is kept in their shop.

MARKETING PLAN
• The owner wanted to promote the mobile shop for this they use various techniques. The owner
makes the company website and also they update the mobile latest version that is available in the
shop. The social media platform is the best way to promote business. So owners use social
media. The owner uses search marketing. They went team for the searches they give report what
mobile in range.

HR PLAN
• The company wanted to recruit the staff for their new mobile shop. So they give the
advertisement for the staff. They add some information which is necessary for the staff. the staff
is qualified they talk with the customer without any hesitation. The staff use the local language
and they also know the English of other people who do not know the local language.

OPERATION
• The mobile shop first fulfils all product which demands in the market. They keep those mobiles
that are highly in demand. Company know the consumer some consumer is high profile who
only wanted to I Pad but some are the middle man who wanted to middle-range mobile and some
are lower level who is but low price mobile.

FINANCIAL OPERATION
• This is very important for establishing a new start-up to book the also entries in their account
which are related to the new business so the company maintain an account and knows the
expenses which are incurred in the new business.
• The business plan needs a balance sheet which helps the owner to know the current assets and
current liability. The account includes the financial income sources and costs incurred by the
business. This information is help the owner to know about new business growth.

CONCLUSION
• In this presentation, it discuss the mobile shop which is established in the Westland. This shop is
covering all mobile products and also their accessories and many items which are related to the
phone.

• Person 1
• It was a great experience for me because I did not work in a team before it. We have a task that
we need to make a plan for the purpose of opening a mobile phone shop in West midland. We
already decided on the location. Now we need to make a plan which I found very difficult
especially when an individual is working in a team.
