Summary of the Lecture
Scholarship consists of collection of articles and books for interpreting or viewing the
data. Research is the procedure of inquiry, which involves the systematic collection of data. It is

substance, essence, time, space, causation and many more. It has two branches, namely ontology
and epistemology.
