Definition It is a small portable
computer device which has

not possess any keyboard
It is a normal mobile phone
which performs various
functions on computer having
features of internet
connectivity, microprocessor
and operating system (Lugtig
and Toepoel 2016).
Usage Mostly use at home. It can be carried anywhere
easily.
Benefit It can be used as teaching
purposes in many educational
institutions.
It is used for personal purpose
and cannot be shareable.

Hardware There are various brands
which utilizes Android as
their operating system in
smart phones
iOS is fully owned and
developed by the Aplle
Company. The comoany has
focused on style and
simplicity.

Apps The Google Play Store has
been stock application store
for Android. Various Android
developers used to upload
their applications over
Google Play store which
causes duplicity of an
application.
The Apple store is used as
application store in iOS.
There are no duplicate
applications found over the
Apple Store. Therefore, it
contains limited versions of
applications.
Security Android is an open source
operating system which
makes it a low secure OS.
There are numerous
customization features added
in Android operating system.
iOS is a close source
operation system which
create a high security
operating systems. Security
updates are fast in iOS which
makes it more secure than
that of Android (Ang et al.
2018).
