In this research, I have analysed that digital technology is an effective tool for every
organisation as it helps increasing their work proficiency. At the time research it has been
observed by me mobile technology is one among effective factor that can easily help marketing
company in improving services. Along with this, it also contributes in grabbing attention of
customers at global level. I have used primary research method in order to collect correct
information from the respondents for implementing mobile technology in Quantum technology.
Further, I have also used secondary research method which helped me in making my data more
authentic and relevant. This technology will help organisation in connecting to the its customers
across the world and also enhance working ability of its employees. I have used questionnaire
which is filled by 30 respondents. I have also observed that there are various factors like cost,
communication, time, quality, resources etc. are required to include while making appropriate
project management plan.
CONCLUSION
From the above mentioned report it has been evaluated that digital technology is helpful
in expanding every small business. Mobile technology is beneficial for companies as it helps in
connecting with the customers at global level. Primary research is used in which questionnaire is
formulated which is further utilised for gathering relevant information from customer. It has been

properly without wasting it. It can be said that if appropriate fund, time and resources are not
available for the organisation then procedure of implementation will not be finished. After
implementation of mobile technology in the organisation, it is required by the top management
of Quantum technology to monitor usage of this at regular interval. It will also help in
understanding whether employees for which it is actually implemented are able to use it or not.
In addition to this feedback about system can be taken from employees so that it can be modified
according to use it in effective and fruitful manner. As main concept implementing mobile
technology in Quantum technology is to help employees in connecting to their customers across
the world. This also contribute in providing advance pattern of marketing services to the
customers so that they can satisfy their actual requirement.
Reflection
In this research, I have analysed that digital technology is an effective tool for every
organisation as it helps increasing their work proficiency. At the time research it has been
observed by me mobile technology is one among effective factor that can easily help marketing
company in improving services. Along with this, it also contributes in grabbing attention of
customers at global level. I have used primary research method in order to collect correct
information from the respondents for implementing mobile technology in Quantum technology.
Further, I have also used secondary research method which helped me in making my data more
authentic and relevant. This technology will help organisation in connecting to the its customers
across the world and also enhance working ability of its employees. I have used questionnaire
which is filled by 30 respondents. I have also observed that there are various factors like cost,
communication, time, quality, resources etc. are required to include while making appropriate
project management plan.
CONCLUSION
From the above mentioned report it has been evaluated that digital technology is helpful
in expanding every small business. Mobile technology is beneficial for companies as it helps in
connecting with the customers at global level. Primary research is used in which questionnaire is
formulated which is further utilised for gathering relevant information from customer. It has been

analysed that mobile technology is beneficial for organisation as it helps improving their services
which are delivered to the customers.
