Innovation is the important part on which, an organisation’s success or decline depends.
Innovation is critical part of structure of innovation process. The aim of the report is to provide a
clear understanding about how creative thinking helps in innovating new ideas. On the other
hand, the objectives of this paper is to identify the ways by which the manages of an organisation
can solve business related issues with their innovative thinking as well as identify self identity
for creating opportunity through the process of innovation and under a good leadership. It helps
to analyse the approaches that lead to strategic development of organisations. The report is about
establishing various theories of innovation in Amiantit Oman Co. LLC which can help them in
developing and creating new ideas that seems beneficial for the business.
The organisational creativity helps to formulate awareness for future issues and helps to deal
with uncertainty in the business environment. Creative thinking helps to develop ability in
employees to properly deal with present situation of organisation. Innovation reflects on theory
and develop initiatives to achieve changes in organizational culture and behavior which will
enhance competitiveness of the company and helps to deal with future challenges. It has been

have for achieving effective work. According to Wallas Model there are five stages of creative
thinking. They are - preparation of creative thinking- In this step the problems faced by Amiantit
Oman Co. LLC were discussed. Whether in next step,incubation was included in which the
company Amiantit Oman Co. LLC, got the solution to the problem. Hisrich & Ramadani (2017).
Third step is intimation in which problem is solved. Fourth step is illumination in which new
opportunities are found and last step in which verification of the whole process is done. This
theory provides the structure for solving problem. The process may involve a number of
employees and also requires enough time.
Alex Osburn model mainly focuses on solving problem using creativity through steps that
Amiantit Oman Co. LLC can involve which first includes about understanding the main problem
occurred and then planning for action takes place. Next ideas are generated to solve problem and
last proper finding is done to solve the problem.
Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi states that individual are the manager of innovation as they create new
findings through their innovative thinking. Creative thinking plays an important part in
improving situation of organisation. Creativeness is developed within an individuals to
understand the problems that may come in thinking process and creation of new ideas (Peng et
al. 2016). The concept of creativity includes thinking method that helps to form new ideas in
order to complete targeted goals. This method helps to identify current ideas from thinking from
past concept of thinking. The technical team of improve the situation is formed to develop
creative ideas that helps to improve quality of products that is provided to customers (Saggar et
al. 2016).
Creative thinking is considered as ability of higher thinking skills that involves analysis,
synthesis, solving the problem and evaluation of the problem (Hisrich & Ramadani 2017).

such as causes and effects, and using logical operations to identify and test hypotheses for the
purposes of explanation and prediction. Traditional analysis is relevant for bounded problems
such as state-to-state diplomacy and internal politics which is a relatively restricted range of
outcomes or hypotheses to be evaluated. Alternative analysis tools can support the overall
analytic process by ensuring that more than one explanatory hypothesis or projected outcome is
seriously considered (Chrysikou et al. 2016).

All the staffs of company have different thinking based on their personality that helps to solve
problems. Motivation is done by the managers to create proper skills among the employees that
results in increase production and increase efficiency of work by the employees (Windahl, 2017).
The role of thinking in creativity is very important as creativity is final result of the interaction
with the innovation done by the various employees and using their knowledge to achieve the
target (Mador, Jing & Schacter, 2016). The process of innovation involves dealing with
emotional thoughts of staffs and to identify the strength and weakness of an individual to get
efficient work. Motivation is the main part of innovation and creativity. Motivation helps to
encourage members to effectively work on the process. Motivation helps to positively target on
the goals. It helps to analyse goals and objectives of the organisation to be achieved. It highlights
the ability to understand one’s ability to the work.

survival for an organisation. The report concluded about the ways innovation was being

is to encourage the employees to develop the strategies to remove all the barriers that may come
in the process of innovation. It is important for an organisation to connect innovation of an staffs
with the values of the organisation. It is important to develop a structure that may suits the
culture of organisation. For the proper development of innovation among the employees it is
important to give proper training to all the staffs on innovation to improve their skills. It is the
responsibility of the managers to develop teams that have required skills required by the
organisation. The goals and objectives of the organisation. The barriers that comes in the process
of innovation in Amiantit Oman Co. LLC. should be reduced. It can be solved by including or
creating a new environment with new culture so that new work ethics that helps in increasing the
efficiency of their work. The organisation develops strategy to promotes creativity and
innovation. For the success of an organisation it is very important for employees as well as
managers to utilise the new ideas in their work. The success of an organisation is determined by
the ability of the employees to be more creative in their work. The success of the company is

involved in the planning of the work. Problem recognition is a process of conditioning and
sensitization. Problem to one individual may not be noticed by another. So the problem of the

planning may help the organisation to utilise ability to focus on the future events.

Innovative thinking improves the flexibility, which is required by an organization. There are few
ways, which can be recommended to increase creative thinking in a company. First, to increase
creativity the employees can be provided with time off hours during work period. Usually during
work period, employees are under stress. Therefore, it is not possible for them to think creative.
The manager may not offer more of freedom but he can encourage a healthy communication,
which will promote positive thinking and an environment, which has less stress. It can improve
mental flexibility. Team motivation is another common way by which innovative thinking can be
improved. This involves incentives, bonuses, rewards, special prizes. A team manager can create
a diverse team where the every team member can implement their own thoughts and every team
member has their own working style. Cross-fertilization is a boon to creative thinking. Third way
to promote creative thinking is provide proper tools to the employees. This means if any
employee is lagging in any aspect, the managers can provide them with proper training to
increase their level of thoughts. The company can provide them with induction programs so that
new thoughts can be induced. Fourth way to promote creative thinking is by avoiding small
mistakes of team members. If a person has to think creative, there are high chances that the
person might commit small mistakes. These mistakes can be avoided for a small period so that
the employee can improve his thinking. This can be a type of motivation or support which a team
member can get from his senior manager or supervisor.
