INTRODUCTION
People belong to different cultures and focuses on factors that will help them in
improving their performance and efficiency level. An organization employs people from various
cultures who come together to deliver a single product overcoming every difference that make
them different (Mariani, Borghi and Okumus, 2020). This report is aimed at exploring novel "To
Kill a MockingBird" written by American author Harper Lee with a view to understand that
scientific temper that was differentiating the thought process of children and adults as well as
two adults. Most highlighted plot of the novel is the issue of inequality amongst the blacks and
whites that was prevalent in then America and gives the readers a fluid characterisation with
which they can connect. The novel is based on on the story of a black American Tom who is
accused of raping a white women and a white lawyer who on defending him, got to be called as
nigger lovers. It was shown that only when people get above of these superficial inequalities,
will they be able to create an egalitarian society. This is applicable alike in an organisation.
MAIN BODY
Cultural representation of the urban society
People in the urban areas are from different cultures and they get to work together
because they have skills to improve the performance. Discrimination in the organisation is on the
basis of colour, caste, creed and sex and they are focusing on what is important for them.
Discrimination is on colour and sex where the women are raped and misbehaved and they are not
given equal rights. Here, organisation is having employees who are having skills that will help
them in giving the good. These employees should focus on the factors that will help them in
improving the performance (Ray and Poonwassie, 2017). Most important factor is that they
should help them in increasing the good that are important. Usually American does not like
Black people and they are discriminating them which is not right in social context. Here, Novel
is having the different discriminations that are on people of America and they are focusing on
their behaviour. Normally people should focus over skills that will help them in improving the
performance. Thus focus of an organisation should be on external factor that are helping them in
improving with performance.

Meaning and necessary conditions for urbanism
Urbanism is a process in which the people are moving form one city to another in order
to attain a good and flexible lifestyle. People in a community are having discrimination on basis
of different culture and this could be good and bad. They are affecting people and urbanism has
not lesson it. People who are moving to cities are working with different employees and they
have cultures which is making it difficult for them to increase the performance of themselves in
order to attain good living standard. Here, factor that is in to kill a mocking BIRD is that human
beings are different and they can be good or even worse. People in respective novel Scout and
Jem believed that there is good human being because they have not met bad and they have learnt
when they grow that it is not like they have observed. They are facing an innocence where they
get the experience of various people. Tim and Boo could not take number of bad human beings.
The Jem is facing a bad human behaviour and has stopped believing in good side. The Atticus
has faced bad behaviour but has not lost a faith as he believed that the human beings has good
and bad qualities which is helping them in increasing the performance.
Social impact of urbanism
The organisation is having many employees and they are impacted by them and urbanism
that will help them in increasing their performance (Jacob and et. al., 2019). Various factors that
are impacting different people are analysed and they should help them in giving products. Also
urbanism has made people work together to increase their respective performance. Therefore,
people should analyse their social factors that are helping them in urbanism. Difference in
various social factors are increasing factors between people which is unlikely. Blacks are not
appreciated in regard to social factors and they are not helping in improving the cultural needs of
the employees. People are focusing on their colour which is considered as inappropriate as it is
factor for discrimination in given topic and they are not improving the skills and they are having
the abilities to increase such performance. Tom has to face the discrimination because he is black
and they are impacted by the social factors. They are not given equal rights and they are
impacted by the influence of others in the organization. They are focusing on these factors that
are helping them in giving the products. The urbanism has not lesson particular discrimination
and it has affected social factors of various people. Organization is having different employees
who are having skills that will help them in increasing such performance (van Schaik,
Oudgenoeg-Paz and Atun-Einy, 2018). These employees should focus on their skills that is

helping them in giving respective products. Urbanism has impacted huge number of people
because they are not having appropriate communication that will help them in working together.
Foremost important factor is that they have made people literate and they are increasing the
biasness which is not good for long lasting period. Such discrimination should be reduced as it is
affecting various social factors of an organization and they are not helping their employees in
improving the performance. Factors that are important for organisation should be analyzed in
adequate manner and they will help them in giving specific products. Tom has to face
discrimination because he is black and they are impacted by the social factors. They are not
given equal rights and they are not increasing the performance. They are focusing on the factors
that are helping them in giving the products.
Riskiness of a social culture of urbanization and various recommendations in this regard

desired goals and objectives of the workforce. Respective social culture of urbanisation has not
