Discipline
The term discipline can be understood as the rules
and regulation that controls the behaviour of an
individual. This also encourages the workers to
maintain a standard of behaviour in an organisation.
According to the Dessler, 2001 discipline is a process
that corrects or punishes the subordinates working in
an institution. It is based on the position of the
employee in an organisation. This also implies that
there is a specific code of conduct that is to be
followed by each and every individual of both the
lower and the higher level.
