Methodology-
This research paper deals with the modern slavery and its effects on human trafficking
laws framed by the United Kingdom with a view to minimise the crime rate in the country. It has
used the support material to research on the various aspects of slavery and human trafficking.
These laws were incorporated in January, 2021 to give effect to the legislation passed by the
parliament. The policy was about the strategies that were adopted by the government to provide
mechanism which penalise to the criminal act committed to cause human trafficking in the
United Kingdom (Brooks, 2021). This has done through intensive observation of case studies to
find out the experiences that were faced by the people of the UK due to excessive act if human
trafficking. It provides redress al mechanism to address the aggrieved party who are really
affected by such crimes. The committee was established to monitor the legislation are expressly
implemented in the society. The outcome of review committee observes the fall in the crime
rates after implementation penalise laws. The survey was made to observe by the UK
government. But, survey founds to be bias act of authorities that are involved in the making the
review report. According to survey, the policy is effectively implemented in the UK and has
positive outcome after passing of human traffic legislation. It leads to fall in the number of case
related to human trafficking. The policy and provision are made to deter the mind of criminal

their general compliance. Smoke of the main areas with which the human trafficking is involved

followed with which the issues in the trafficking can be taken and recorded.
Discussion/ results:
The laws of the country needs to be formulated in effective way with the day by day
increasing of the modern slavery in the state. The obligations for the result of such acts are very
broad in nature still there lacks the appropriate authority for the purpose of recording the matters
concerning the issues of human trafficking and modern slavery. Furthermore, it has been
identifies that on an average 4000 matters related to human trafficking are reported in the
country at a time(Benanzer and et. al., 2022). This estimation was recorded by the policy
authority of the country. Other than this the records of global slavery entails that there are being
reported approximately 136000 cases of modern slavery and human trafficking in United
Kingdom by the year 2016. It can be seen that the issues is not the mere one as the cases of
human trafficking and modern slavery can be observed in the each and every part of the globe.
Similarly it is ascertained that there are found 2.1 victims of the modern slavery out of every one
thousand of people of the state. Furthermore, there are also different lawsuits which depicts that
there is a broad gain in the tract of modern slavery in United Kingdom. Moreover, by the way of
execution of the said policy there is found a decrement in the crime in the country. This is
because there is the responsibility of the parliament to decrease the crime as per the policy. The
associates of the legislature are not held suitable for the crime that is taking place in the country.
This means that the members are accountable to take steps in the crime concerned in modern
slavery. It has made the prime obligation of the members of the parliament. There is also the

Other than this there also lies several advantages of the policy on the part of country as well as
the one primary is the decrease in the overall crime rate of the country. The said policy also aims
at benefiting the victims for the purpose of having access to their human rights under by the way
of implementation of this policy. The said policy will also be executed as there lies the various
provisions which states the punishments with respect to the acts of human trafficking and
modern slavery.
Furthermore, it will also aids in increasing the level of education of the childes and other
concerned individuals. This can done reason being the the victims are conveyed to the care
centre where they are being provided with all the basic necessity of life for the purpose of ensure
the fulfilment of primary human needs(Iroanya, 2018). The care centres also provides both the
classes of personal development as well as the psychological classes . This will change the
victims to outset their better life where they can approach the human rights for which they are
primarily suitable for. This will also increase the participation of women in every field. Estimates
suggest that mainly women and children are victims of human trafficking. This is because
women are trafficked mainly for prostitution and children for forced work. Therefore, when they
are rescued by the government, they will be judged by the UK courts.
