Analysis
In order to make any business in the modern world it is important to use the modern
theories of modern business but it will highlight the development of the business through the
implementation of better technologies. One of the important theory is that AIDAS theory of
personal selling and the other one is Behavioural equation theory. As per the Adesoga (2016),
the AIDAS theory is important in the sense that it will generate better marketing of the
products to the customer. The AIDAS method of selling personal goods will be to incorporate
the development of factors in the form of (attention, interest, desire, action and satisfaction).
On the other hand, companies like CRH and Medtronic plc. CRH mainly deals with the
building material goods and Medtronic plc is dealing with surgical instruments. These two
companies will be able to highlight the development of modern selling of goods and how the
global companies are accepting the strategies that will be looking forward to increase the
development of better innovations. WAMAITHA (2018) opined that with the development of
selling practises most of the global companies are indulging better and effective policies that
will not only indulge development of better business but will also include technologies to use
the resources in an effective manner. However, the use of technologies for modern sales will
includes the development of better innovation in the marketing of the products. Using the
