INTRODUCTION
Skills are the expertise and talent which is required to accomplish a target. Learning is the
process of acquiring new information about a set of action through which improvisation in the
working process can be achieved. Evaluation on the effectiveness of the learning skills is done in
this report.
MAIN BODY
Theme: Approach for the future challenges
During my engagement within this module I was able to self evaluation my performance
which allows me to identify my weak areas and knowledge gaps, which were affecting my
performance in my academic career. This identification of weak areas is important for me due to
that fact that. Once I am able to identify the appropriate work requirements then on that basis I
can make concentrated efforts for acquiring appropriate skill through which my performance in
my academic career can be improved.
Developing working strategy is also another skill which I have learned within this
module. This is important due to that fact that during my academics I have to perform several
activities within a short span time (Bowman, 2021). Due to which it is important for me to
identify the requirements and then develop working strategy accordingly. Through this I can
ensure that a proper time span is being allotted to each task and through which high work quality
is being assured.
In order to perform several operations within a short time span I have to ensure that I am
able to proper implement time management skills. This is a skill which really helped me during
my learning phase with the module (Baruah, Ward and Brereton, 2017). This is significant task
due to the fact that as an student pursuing its academic training I have to develop my engagement
in several operations. Due to this I have to ensure that I am able to perform each operation
appropriately and through which the final quality of the operation is being improved.
Capability to learn and apply new skills for the achievement of the desired target is an
important skill which I achieved during the learning phase within the module. As being an
student pursuing my academics I have tackle several challenges which include project
development, academic tests and many other factors. Due to which I is important for an

individual learner like me that I am able to acquire appropriate set of knowledge which required
to achieve a desired target.
In the present time technological advancements is motivating individuals like me to
utilize the technological advancements for acquiring appropriate knowledge base. Which is
required to improve the problem solving skills and to increase the overall work creativity (Zeki
and Kuter, 2018). This is important for me because I have to ensure that I am able to achieve
high marks in return to my performance. Due to this it is important for me to develop learning
skills through digital and traditional means. This is an important factor because as being an
individual I am not able to utilize the traditional knowledge acquiring means like book and
research journals. Due to which it is important for me to have direct access to the particular
information.
Home sickness, is another challenge which is often being faced by me. This is a
significant factor because it tends to divert my concentration from the learning new skills and
because of which my performance within the academic career is being affected. Homesickness
often tend to happen when the individual like me have to stay away from the home-grounds
(Fachrunnisa and et.al, 2020). Due to emotional instabilities often tend to take over the thinking
process. Thus by utilizing the technological advancements like video calling and telephonic
communication I can ensure that I am able to overcome the problems which are being associated
with the homesickness.
Funding problems, often tend to arise for me. This happens because during my academics
I have to develop projects regarding my learning and its implementation on the ground level.
Due to this I have to achieve a proper funding through which the project can be implemented.
Therefore I have to ensure that I am able to achieve a sponsorship for my upcoming academic
challenges. Due to this as being an pursuing student I have to ensure that I am able to achieve a
proper sponsorship through which my professional targets can be achieved. However this is not
as easy as it being said because I have to find a sponsorship such that it is able to provide me a
proper capital investment. Through which I tend to ensure that a proper experimental based
working outcome can be achieved by me.
During my learning within the module there were several occasions at which I have to
work within team or have to perform work collaboration. Through this I tend to ensure that I am

able to establish an efficient communication with others. This improved my communication
skills, through which I can contribute my problem solving skills and creative thinking in the
teams meetings and several other occasions. This is an important skill for me due to that fact that
as being an individual like I have to ensure that I am able to develop a network. Through which I
can ensure that I am able to achieve a different point of view for resolving a problem.
Thus during my engagement within the module I analysed that there are several working
requirements, which I intended to perform for improving my performance within the academic
career. This is an important step for me but also on the other I have to ensure that I am able to
achieve new skills and talents for improving my performance and therefore have to continue
operations for improving the knowledge base.
CONCLUSION
From the above analysis it can be concluded that individuals tend to increase their
engagement in learning new skills. Through which it tends to ensure that it is able to acquire new
set of skills by which it can make appropriate changes in its working process, through which it
can improve its academic performance.
