INTRODUCATION
Tourism is a very vast area and it includes different aspects. It is crucial to analyse and
evaluate the learning of individual in order to gain more knowledge and understanding about the
aspects (Canavan, 2018). This report will includes the reflection on the knowledge and skilled
that is gained through this model. Apart form this different issues has been analysed.
MAIN BODY
This module is about the tourism and it different elements. I have analysed that tourism
activities lead to have major impact on economic condition of the nation. Tourism sector
includes various services such as travelling and tour service. There are different rules and
regulation that government in order to provide guidance and direction to tourism activities.
Through this module I have learned about different elements of the tourism that is significant for
successfully and effectively perform tourisms business activities (Sheldon, 2020). My knowledge
about tourism business management has been increased and I have analysed various strategies
that will lead to increase business practices. I have learnt about the various rules and policies that
needs to be consider by tourism business for smoothly conducting business operations. Through
this model I have learned different skills such as problem solving skills, research skill, decision
management skills and many more.
I was about to successfully complete this model as well as gathered more knowledge. My
learning capabilities has been developed through this model. During this model I was able to
correctly management my time and other resources in more accurate manner. This support me in
gaining more advantage of this module. I have faced various challenges and issues during this
module that has affected my performance negatively. Due to lack of communication skill I was
not able to contribute my ideas in more significant manner (Hallett, 2018). This has impact on
my potential and capabilities. I have analysed that there are some things that could be done
differently such as I should have communicated more with teachers and other students. This
could have helped me in gaining in depth knowledge about aspects and boost my confidence. I
have determined that the knowledge and skills that is gained through this model will positively
impact on my future academic studies. I will be able to use this knowledge for performing
various academic task or assignments.

CONLUSION
From the above report I have analysed that it is essential for individual to identify the
skills and knowledge that is gained through the module. This will assist in identifying the acutual
learning and understanding of the module as well as significant impact on future growth. It is
crucial to correctly and accurately deal with the challenges as it will help in successfully
performing required set of task.
