Introduction
Success plays significant role in student life at academic level. It can be achieved through setting
up of goals and objectives of life. It improves the work performance and quality of work. It can be
achieved through continuous practice and learning. Social and ethical responsibility helps an
individual to take effective decision for the welfare of society. It defines the civil duty of the
individual towards the society (Brewer, 2020). It is important for assuring the social relation which
helps an individual to achieve personal and professional growth in life. It allows an individual to
increase the skill and knowledge to understand the human values and behaviour to actively participate
in the social development of nation.

How and why have the project workshop activities developed your social and ethical
awareness and responsibility? (500 words)
The activities of workshop were essential for us to enhance the awareness towards society. It helps
me to effectively build relation with the professor, student and my teachers in concise form. The
project workshop activities play significant role to develop my plans and strategies that are necessary
to implement the action. The social and ethical awareness increase the competitive spirit to focus on
my work. It is defined form of action that helps me to evaluate and analyse my strength and weakness
(Li, 2019). The Project workshop was conducted in order to taught the lesson related to social and
civil responsibility and its implication in the career growth. It is important for an individual to
develop such skill as it is important to promote social welfare and ethical values that are prior
important skill for the individual to learn at early stage of life. The ethical value helps an individual to
achieve success in the life and I was considered these awareness helps me to learn new things related
to social and ethical responsibilities. My seniors and colleagues taught me lessons to enhance my
skills and knowledge. In order to increase learning and development of skill, it is important for me to
follow ethical principles to build competitive spirit at academic level. Social awareness ensures
honesty and moral values to meet the objectives and goals of the life. With the help of project
workshop activities, I was able to set my goals that helps me to increase the potential growth through
systematic organise of work. This was the key factor that helps me to achieve appreciation form my
parents and elders who motivates me to use social behaviour and moral ethics to improve work and
explore new learning. The activities were conducted to overcome the barriers that challenge me to
acquire perfect knowledge in the relevant field. The social integrity and ethical values are necessary
at each level of life as it make me discipline and passionate about my work. It made me satisfied
about my work and emphasise to improve my mistakes and make me more satisfied. It gave me an
opportunity to adopt certain technique and ways that helps to build dynamic personality. The

activities made me goal oriented and result oriented, increase my focus towards my work
performance (Ghosal, Worsham and Miller, 2021). Workshop are conducted to engage the students
into activities that are directly affects the skill of the individual and enhance the chance of success in
the academic and professional life. The society is the paramount duty of an individual to serve them
for the betterment of nation. It made me responsible towards my society and highlight my moral
obligation to serve the people so that overall growth can be achieved. It was the most effective way to
diversify the culture and tradition and give importance to every aspect of the society.
Importance and value of the Appendices (10 Documents) that I have
compiled and provided as part of my portfolio in relation to my
development of social and ethical awareness and responsibility during the
module.

Conclusion
This report concludes that the ethical behaviour towards society plays crucial role in human's life as
it defines effective manner to perform the activities assigned at academic level. In order to develop
such skills, an individual is required to perform certain workshop activities that allows them to
achieve professional and academic growth. It helps me to overcome the weakness and strengthen the
new skills.
