Robert Kennedy College: MOJ Analysis and Strategic Planning Report

This report presents a comprehensive analysis of the Ministry of Justice (MOJ), employing various assessment tools to develop a strategic plan. The study utilizes SWOT, PESTLE, McKinsey's 7-S Framework, and Balanced Scorecard to evaluate the MOJ's current state, identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, and analyze its external environment. The research incorporates in-person interviews and secondary resources, including benchmarking against international organizations. The analysis aims to address how the MOJ can maintain its high performance and align with international best practices, focusing on modernizing accreditation criteria and contributing to the rule of law. The report details the application of each assessment tool, presents key findings, and concludes with recommendations for strategic improvements. The main limitations of this research is that the study used one organization for the Research and data were collected from one source.
