Equality and Diversity are two different concepts within the organisation which has to be
used in a singular term by the firm so that it can manage the behaviour of individual as well as
increase the satisfaction by properly implementation of this factor. For development of effective
culture as well as increasing the performance of different individuals within the firm it is
important to manage the concept of equality and Diversity at the workplace. In this current
research there is discussion about various factors related to the concept of equality and Diversity
within the organisation MOMA FOOD . In this report discussion about the aims and objectives
of the project, there is also a discussion about a proper project management plant as well as
outline of various methods related to the aims and objectives of the report. Is also consists of
work breakdown structure and chart to identify a proper time period of the work. There
