INTRODUCTION
Talent management is a procedure through which an organization can improve and
enhance and get more talented people who create positive impact on the organization and
increased productivity of the organization (Gupta and Barua, 2016). It is the key component of
the human resources management team and also responsibility of the leaders and managers of the
organization in order to tab manage the talent in the organization for stop the talent management
organization catered several effectiveness to the organization in context of success and
opportunity. This investigation is going to study about the Momo foods and their event
management strategy in order to overcome the challenges and improve the effectiveness of the
organization. Moma food is a South East London organization which caters several flavored oats
and develops new products in order to satisfy the customers. So in the starting of this
