scenario, they have emerged ongoing principles to

Havranek, 2016). Establishment of WHS procedure, its
guidelines, effective participation under these
practice's, proper inspection over health securities,
safety to control every prevailing risk factors are some
important WHS information that are required to be
accessed among every workers. Similarly, training
programs must be arranged by me to notify them with
every safe operating procedures.

Task 2 Step by step procedure has been implemented by me
under organization to monitor every health and safety

measures or monitor practices that are undertaking over
agreed standard and reveal different guidelines to
evaluate it whenever required. Self monitoring is
necessary in revealing obstacles that are enhancing

Task 3 Coordination and consultation among every staff
members among business organization can benefit me
to understand safe workplace practices and can even
enhance diverge techniques in developing effective
communication as well as it notify me every hurdles or
irrelevant practices. Therefore, I generate advice's and
consultation among employees to identify their concern
and ideas related to safety and health measures
(Jespersen, Hohnen and Hasle, 2016). Consultation can
be conducted under both ways that is timely views or
reviews are generated to establish their resolutions by
considering workers safety. If any obstacles are
identified among operational managers than I formulate
effective decisions to rectify every challenges or risks
that are developing.

Doherty, Davidson and Denyer, 2016). Meanwhile, it is
crucial activity to control and investigate procedures
that are formulated regarding health and safety
measures which is required to be effectively designed
under business organization. Timely auditing and
reviewing of performances have been made by me
which can appropriately implement measures which
can resolve prevailing issues or hazards.

Task 5 Health and safety measures are most important
practices that need to be enhanced by every business
organizations. For such purposes, I have developed
effective training and development sessions to generate
awareness among workers. However, it is an integral
part under every business industry which is beneficent
in developing morale of employees towards work and
even ensures health and safety policies at every level of
organization (Sheehan, Donohue, Shea and De Cieri,
2016). Training sessions are mainly developed to
understand monitoring techniques which can reduce
every uncertainties and hazards. Moreover, systematic
written procedure was issued by me to my employers
and employees to maintain health and safety measures
under my workplaces.

securing health and safety measures to be taken for
every workers at my working environment.
