Embrace watch
Embrace watch is FDA approved design as a seizure alert system for both children and
adults. The device is designed to detect seizures where it then sends an alert signal to designated
caregivers. Embrace watch utilizes technology by Empatica. The built-in detectors of the
Embrace watch include an FDA sensor that is used to measure nervous system activity,
peripheral temperature sensor which is used to measure skin temperatures, 3-Axis accelerometer,
and gyroscope. Some of the advantages of embrace watches are sending data to a patient’s
smartphone via Bluetooth (Moawad, 2019). Second, it fits everyone as it is coupled with tiny
footprint for anyone. One of the disadvantages of the embrace watch cost. The device itself goes
for 249 dollars. Second, at times the watch can give a false alarm (Dolgin, 2018).
Progetti robotica watch
Progetti robotica has taken the stage in the last five years. The watch has fitness tracker
capabilities with the ability to run apps just like any other smartphone. One advantage watch is
that it has a very simple set-up and with the ability to control once the health system. One of the
major disadvantage of the watch is that it does not have a degree of flexibility like Embrace
watch
Affectiva watch
This is a smart watch that was developed by MIT media lab. The watch is specifically
designed to recognize human emotions based on psychological responses or facial clues. Some
of the advantages of affectiva are promoting a healthy lifestyle and having quick access to
notifications. One of the disadvantages is that it has not been proven suitable for autistic people.

Why Embrace watch is the best option
Even though progetti robotica and Affectiva can be used by autistic people, embrace
watch is the best option. First when autistic get stressed, they do not show signs. With Embrace
watch is able to detect psychological signs of excitement and stress by just measuring slight
electrical changes (Hill, 2018).
