III. What means of communication or communication tools (pens, paper, PowerPoint,
Word) will you use and why?
In the past years, everyone uses a notebook and purchased it to fill with words. In a
notebook, there were many stories, as well as information about sports along with various
types of stuff. Whole pages were filled with words and people love to use a notebook. The
notebook was also used for the purpose of communication.
In the past years, there was only one option for writing and that was pen and paper, as
there was no computer at that time. But now many rivals are present in the market that gives
tough competition to pen and paper. It is analysed that still there are many people who use
pen and paper because they think it’s faster than other communication tools. They believe
that writing with the hand is much easier (Jana, Barnard & Willerton, 1999). If anyone
doesn’t know anything about typing, and in starting usually fingers pain while typing, then in
that case pen is better for writing, and even don’t give any stress to the writer. The one right
thumb rule is to start with writing short pieces, like short stories, information, important
notes, essay, etc. with the use of pen and paper and then later one, one can write longer pieces
like courses on the computer.
Still, there are many poets who use pen and paper, and even older generation make
use of it. Paper is not considered as a thing that can be ridiculed as the way of writing
something. If fingers get tired due to typing on a computer, then pen and paper is the best
option for writing. In the present time, computers are preceded through pen and paper, but a
large population is making use of it, I select pen and paper instead of PowerPoint in a word
for communication purpose. Though there are various benefits related to power point, as they
