INTRODUCTION
Morgan Motors is a British motor car company that whose headquarter is in UK and its
vision is to be a leader in automobile sector in term of revenue growth. The main aim of this
report is to enhance knowledge related to operation. Further, report will describe vision of the
Morgan Motors, further, study will presents operations of Morgan and how it supports the
delivery of their vision. Lastly, report will evaluate thee extent to which operation satisfies 3
stakeholders.
1. Vision of Morgan Motors
The vision of Morgan Motors is to become a leader in tern of revenue and also takes
action for increase employment. Further, company also wants to have a clear vision for the
future and strong demand for product from customers around the globe (Morgan Motor: a
British motoring icon, 2018).
2. Operations of Morgan
Morgan Motors is owned by family group and from March, 2019 it is owned by Italian
Investindustrial. Currently, the company produces more than 830 cars per year and it is only deal
in cars manufacturing. It provide best customer service to their customers and that is why, it
wants to hit the market and stay top in competition. As company's vision is to be top at
international level and that is why, it is critically analyzed that its marketing department helps
the company to reach at variety of customers and this in turn assist to enhance the revenue.
Moreover, company has effective sales department and marketing department that helps to let
people know about the new model and also assist to raise its sales ratio (Rich and Shararah,
2020). In addition to this, as the company provide range of car model to their customers and it
deals at different location, that is why, it is analyzed that company have effective operations that
further support its vision.
On the other hand, it has strong customer service department and as per the Trustpilot, it
is critically evaluated that it has an excellent services (as per review from customer) which
clearly reflect that its operation assist business to attain its vision. Company also deal in
manufacturing products (car) and it is made by hand with ash-frame. This is what makes Morgan
cars so special and valuable. Company produce the car as per the demand of customers and also,
as compared to other company, Morgan car takes too much time but provide good variety of
products.

3. How operations satisfies 3 stakeholders
The three stakeholders are as mention below:
Customers: One of the most important stakeholders for Morgan Motors and through its
operation it is analyzed that company tries to product car after analyzing the needs or demand of
customers. Therefore, it is reflect that the operations of Morgan Motors satisfies customers and
also make ensure that they provide on time delivery to their stakeholders. In addition to this, it is
also realized that company keep accepting the market changes and also make sure that it keep
producing the same variety of products that assist to satisfy the needs.
Competitors: As company vision is to generate revenue and also stay ahead in the
competition and that is why, it makes changes in its price so that its competitor did not compete
in automobile sector. Due to having unique designed and environmental friendly raw material,
company differentiate itself from others and try to increase its sales as well. Moreover, it is also
analyzed that company produce at least 830 cars per year by focusing in its quality, that shows,
Morgan keep satisfies its second stakeholders (Coffey and Thornley, 2020). Or else, quoted
firm also make sure that it comply competitive pricing strategy in order to compete in this
competitive market.
Employees: The company have around 250 skilled employees at global level who uses
their competencies in order to present the best quality or design for their customers. That is why,
it is consider key stakeholders for company who directly affect from the decision taken by its
owners. Morgan Motors also deals at different location and it make sure that it provide good
working environment to their employees so that it will help to maintain long term relationship
with a firm. Therefore, employees are directly affected from the operations of Morgan Motors.
CONCLUSION
By summing up above report it has been concluded that company wants to stay ahead in
the competition and that is why, it provides the best variety of design to their customers. From
the above, it has been concluded that company produces more than 830 motor cars in every year
but it takes enough time for production because it works as per the demand of customers. Report
also concluded that customers, competitor and employees are three stakeholders who are
completely satisfied with the operations o Morgan Motors.
