Aim: The aim of the study is to determine employee collaboration tool assistive
in effectively communicating with employees during pandemic within
Morrison.
Objectives:
 To develop understanding relating to the concept of employee collaboration
tools and significance.
 To analyse various employee collaboration tool to effectively communicate
with employees during pandemic with respect to Morrison.
 To evaluate the benefits which Morrison can avail be using employee
collaboration tools during and post pandemic.
 To recommend some of the ways through which use of employee

 It is to be suggested to the company to conduct training and development session
that helps to improve the results and create a better outcome. With the help of
such tool, company is able to improve the financial results and thus generate a
better outcome in order to raise the performance by determining own weakness.
 Further, it can be also suggested to the Morrison that they can conduct open
meeting in order to determine the views of the employees so that steps can be
taken immediately. This in turn assist to improve the communication error and
create a sense of team working and employees make themselves important for
the company.

Conclusion
 By summing up above report it has been concluded that employee collaborative
tools are play an essential role for the employee performance.
 That is why, with the help of primary and secondary data collection methods, it
has been concluded that with the help of effective employee collaborative tools,
company engage employees for a longer term and improve the performance of a
company.
