1. INTRODUCTION
Organisation behaviour is very helpful for the HR manager to understand different type of action
or behaviour within the group so that they will easily generate in highly efficient business
association. The meaning of organizational behaviour is to study the nature of both groups as
well as individual who is working in association to achieve a particular goal. The main reason for
studying organizational behaviour is to understand the association theory and better
improvement the concept related to the type of organisation (Ablesim, 2020). In this assignment,
the discussion will be done related to the impact of cultural politics and power on the nature of
others in an association context. In this assignment, the company which will be taken is Morrison
which is the fourth largest chain of supermarket in the UK.
Motivations theory will also explain and identify their importance in association for success in
this competitive market. The company is using motivation theory so that they will easily
motivate the different type of workers association culture which was followed by all the workers
and different type of factor that will damage the relationship among different type of workers
with their productivity (Admin, 2018). Defining the team and group through different model will
be also explained and their advantages and disadvantages in this competitive market. At the end
of the report, the philosophy of organisation behaviour will be discussed.
