project on talent management and organizing people at work while I was in college. I used a
model to explain my project in the explanation phase, evaluated my talents and abilities in a
particular area while working in the emotional phase, and supported all activities. The evaluation
step analysed the collected data for a better interpretation that could support the operation of all
features and activities. In the final part of the project, I completed the project by strengthening
my strengths, overcoming my weaknesses and pursuing future prospects.
This has developed my understanding about problem solving, and ICT skills that is most
important to handle any project. While doing the project in noticed that my research skills was

CONCLUSION
The aforementioned analysis found that in order to manage and run a business
successfully, strategies, planning, and schemes that can be used to manage all functions are
required. A researcher is someone who conducted a study and came to a conclusion using the
most applicable method. The primary approach is based on an interview, a case study, and an
interview round, which are all employed by the researcher in this research to manage all
activities. This also aids in the development of knowledge and higher performance in a changing
business environment.
