These entities can involved British Heart foundation which is one of
the largest charitable trust in United Kingdom. These types of
organisation developed to promote the social interest.

The size and scope of such entities are depends on the operations. In
the context of British Heart Foundation is quite large as compare to
other voluntary organizations.

This entity main motive financial and other support to the scientists
and other researchers for the research in the field of heart.

Public company is also controlled by the board of directors
