AIM
• To identify impact of organisational culture and structure on employee
performance in Morrison's.

OBJECTIVES
• To understand the concept of organisational structure and culture
• To identify the strategies that are used in developing organisational culture
and structure with respect to Morrison's
• To assess the impact of strategies on the employee performance
• To recommend strategies to Morrison for improving the organisational
culture and structure.

FINDINGS
• The major findings of the research have stated that, organizational culture
and structure plays crucial role in enhancing the employee’s performance
in the organization.
• The organizational culture enables in guiding the appropriate way in
which employees must behave in the organization.
• Thus, it helps in assuring the effective behavioural pattern in the
employees that enhances the interaction among the employees
(Schmiedel, Müller and Vom Brocke, 2019).

• The findings that has been gathered from analysing the data is clearly
stating that organizational culture and structures is concerned with the
numerous strategies that leads to create the effective working environment
in organization which further leads to motivate employees from all
aspects.

RECOMMENDATIONS
• The organizational structure and culture should be framed appropriately
such that there are aspects which helps in promoting culture and structure
of organization and seeks success (Wang, He and Chua, 2020).
• Proper following of processes and procedures should be done by the
employees within the organization so that the company is able to frame
and analyse the concerns regarding the growth and development which
should be done appropriately.

CONCLUSION
• Thus, it is concluded from the above research that the aim of the research
has been achieved by preparing the research in appropriate manner by
analysing and understanding the research objectives.
• Further, rationale was also framed which helped in providing the details of
the research.
• Moreover, literature review was also being framed under different themes
which helped in explaining the concept of organizational structure and
organizational culture
