term of driving the attention of workers towards setting appropriate goals and objectives and
conducting practices to achieve each by performing in productive manner. This kind of
leadership style may enable a leader to become director who may give direction to each
candidate about how to perform and what to do in company to reach at desire outcome that is
quite important for management as it enhance their position and increase market reputation more
than rivals that have operated in similar industry.
Supportive-
Another form of leadership style that make workers productive is current one because it
makes leaders capable to drive their efforts to support each and every employee within
