INTRODUCTION
Leadership is that factors which help an enterprise in order to retain all their personnel
like a chain. It assists firm in connecting each other to work for a common objective carried out
by the firm. This project report is based on Morrison’s which is one of the leading business units
of UK. Such business unit offers wide range of products or services to the customers at
affordable prices. In this, I am working as an assistant manager from the last two years. It will
shed light on the manner in which plan can be prepared for negotiating with the stakeholders. In
addition to this, it will also provide deeper insight about the phases of assignment considered for
ensuring the better management of programmes.
Business strategy analysis
Business strategy may be defined as a framework which is prepared by the business
organization with the aim to achieve success in the highly strategic business environment. Cost
reduction, maximization of productivity as well as profitability through enhancement of
customer base is one of the main objectives of Morrison’s. In this regard, business unit can attain
success only when it undertakes strategic action regarding the same. For instance: With the
motive to reduce the cost level and offering product or services to the customers at affordable as
well as competitive prices Morrison’s has taken decision in relation to employing highly latest
and advanced techniques. This in turn enables firm to manufacture and offer products to the
customers at cost effective prices.
The rationale behind this, customers are highly price conscious in nature and prefer to
purchase the products or services that offers high level of satisfaction to them. In this context,
cost reduction or control strategy will assist Morrison’s in reducing wastage and controlling cost
to the large extent. Hence, such strategy enables firm to entice the decision making aspect of
customers by offering the product at suitable price. Thus, such strategy will contribute in the
attainment of goals and objectives setting down by Morrison’s (Agnoletti and et.al., 2015).

execution of strategy Morrison’s is required to develop competent budget by making proper
estimation of income and expenses. Hence, by following such aspects Morrison’s would become
able to fulfill its aim and objectives pertaining to cost declining and profit maximization.

Under such section, information about program execution will be included. In order to
reduce the cost level Morrison’s should employ latest machineries and other equipments for
