MOTIVATION FOR UNDERTAKING MBA
According to my initial understanding business environment are the sum
of all the individuals, institutions, and every other force involved indirectly that
is beyond the control of business enterprises but plays a vital role in every
business by directly affecting its performance and sustainability. I believe that
economics and economic principles are about satisfying the number of
consumers with limited resources, or according to my understanding, it's all
about the choices made by the consumers and factors and behaviors
responsible for those choices(Armas-Cruz, Gil-Soto & Oreja-Rodríguez, 2017).
Reason to choose this course
Deciding to study a Master of Business Administration degree in Business Environment
could be a massive step for ambitious managers. I believe everyone has some dreams about their
future, mainly the student when they are about to start University they must have already planned
their future. I also have a desire to be a successful entrepreneur and wanted to play a decisive
role in the betterment of my family and my country. Therefore, I always wanted to study
business, and to understand the business, one needs to understand the basic principle of business
and economics. I searched for the courses and finally came to know that "Business Environment"
is the course most suitable for me as my business teacher at college once told me about the
importance of business environment, he said to me that business environment deals with all the
surrounding factors that help for the development of business. It involves a living person, natural
resources and places, and things to exist. These factors and forces are collectively called a
business environment(Bunoa, Nadanyiova, & Hraskova, 2015).

Past experience
I have always been a business-minded person; I was a child used to be the most
passionate student to participate in any business activity at school like a bake sale, food carnival,
etc. and always maintain a good record of all the details involved in the event, I believe in the
quality of the business environment which is a critical factor for countries economic growth and
if best practices are applied they will support the effective functioning of the market. They will
also result in the motivation of the enterprises. Believing in the importance of the business
environment, I always wanted to study it as a subject because it is significant for the economy's
competitiveness growth and its future sustainability(Cepel et al., 2018). I also am concerned
about the unemployed people around me, and this unemployment rate is increasing drastically
around the globe, so this world needs more new businesses as when entrepreneur and enterprises
are successful, the whole economy of the country thrives, peoples living standards improves and
more people get job opportunities(Chládková, 2015).
The academic experience that helped me to be prepared for this course
I still remember when I was in high school, and my father got jobless due to his health
issues at that time in my college there was an entrepreneurship program was launched and as I
was also worried about how to pay my expenses and my interest towards starting my own
business attracted me towards this opportunity, As I am a firm believer of one most important
principle of economics according to which trade business can make everyone better off. I
enrolled myself in this program and finally got selected. This new program was to develop
students' interest in entrepreneurship so that students can be allowed to move beyond the
traditional classrooms to experiential learning scenarios; this initiative was associated with

improved employment outcomes for students. During this program, I learned about the basics of
entrepreneurship and how to set up a business on a small scale. I learned about a framework to
launch successful start-up (Girgenti et al., 2016) During this program I learned many useful
principles including finding a solution to the problem, involve early adopters for market
validation, testing with smaller iterations, build a function, measure customer response, how to
deal with evidence-based decisions, maximize the efforts for speed. This program will help me to
understand the concept of the business environment further(Kaur & Srivastava, 2017).
Manage and monitor your studies
To manage and monitor my studies, I believe in having my personal goals about
improving learning and achievement and developing learning capacity. I want to work as an
active participant in the learning process and want to become an autonomous learner to achieve
my learning capacity. I read research according to which student those who set their own goal
tend to gain more than those students whose working goals are set by their teachers (Nair et
al.,2018).
Apply my studies in later life
I feel like if I set my own goals, then I feel more confident about taking more challenging
tasks; in this case, I feel more motivated to improve my learning skills. I have planned to monitor
and manage my studies by evaluating each new concept and applying it to everyday examples. I
have a simple strategy to enhance my learning. Initially, I identify my goal with some strategies
to achieve them, then continuously monitor my progress, evaluating and analyzing my progress
based on the evaluation made I can refine and develop new goals accordingly(Petrenko, et al.,
2017).
