INTRODUCTION
People who are motivated are always determined and always a positive nature in life and
they are more likely to be successful as they are more knowledgeable and skilful. As motivation
also influence the people and make them more effective in completing their work and achieving
their personal goals so that they are satisfied. The people who are motivated always choose the
right person to hand out with and it is also beneficial for the another person to hang out with the
motivated person as it will also provide a proper vision and insight about all the aspects which
will help them to achieve their goals and fulfil their dreams to satisfy themselves. In this report
there will be detailed study about how motivated people are good to hand out with and what are
the benefits of motivation in hanging out and with and with their disadvantages.
IMPORTANCE OF MOTIVATION IN PEOPLE
It is very important for all the human being to have a motivation in life so that they can
get what they want in life and achieve there goals and objectives they have aimed for. Motivation
has many Motivation is building willingness for working in the people is motivation because
everyone wants a motive to do things. A living being must have a motive to do things which will
not just show case there talent or intelligence but for the work people are doing must have a
motivation for the person to do there best (Vidon and Rickly, 2018). In business people work for
long hours so that they get wages in the end of the day. Motivation can make people do there
work even as a team and the person who is motivated to do their work will also have satisfaction
with work and with purpose of life.
The organizations can give different types of incentives to the employees to keep the
employees working in the organization. The different type of incentives would be monetary,
non- monetary, promotions opportunities and disincentives for inefficiency. Team work is very
important in an organization and if they do not get that then the organization will not be able to
grow (Busch and et.al., 2016). For making the team work happen efficiently the team will have
to have a motivation to get the work done properly. Motivation can lead to not just individual
achievements but also the organizations goals and objectives. When the employee has no
motivation then the organization can not work efficiently and the problems will be faced by the
organization and not employees so the organization must always have ways to motivate the
employees working in their organizations so that they have a motive in life and a motive to
achieve there mission which are required by the organization.

Motivation also targets the efficiency of the employees and there should be inspirational
motivators who would come and share there story so that the company can make profit.
Motivation can come from within an individual or from other motivators in front of them or from
the people who they think are influencing there life like their role models. The people can also
achieve self development from motivation because they will get to learn a lot of things which
will make them aware of different ways of doing things or different things altogether which will
make them more self developed. Where there is motivation in the employees they will have more
willingness to work and when they work then there is more creativity and adaptability in the
organization. There is a attitude in the work which has challenging and optimistic when there is
motivation and that will make all the employees to do there work faster (Bae, 2018).
ADVANTAGES OF MOTIVATION IN PEOPLE
There are a lot of advantages of motivation in people. Motivation can make the company
get heights which they have never seen before and there is a sense of team work. Motivation can
make the employees work as team and when there is team work in an organization then the
company can do the work very fast and efficiently. The productivity level and creativity level of
the group and individual increases which means the organization can do much better. There are
skills which one individual might have the other does not so the other employees can motivate
themselves to learn as much as they can from the other employee and increase there knowledge
with the help of the other persons motivation (Lottridge and et.al., 2017). A employee who finds
motivation in all the work and efforts they put in an organization will get a better wage and
incentives so that they can have a better life style than the other people.
Motivation makes a person chase there goals and dreams and that will give them
satisfaction when they achieve those goals and aims in life. People are happy when they do
things which make them satisfied and happy about there type of job (Barman-Adhikari and et.al.,
2018). People must take job which they like because that will have more motivation and will be
more willing to do the work at the job. Motivation can also lead to positive thinking and also
lead to fulfilling psychological needs of the people. People work for basic needs to be fulfilled in
the world which is food, water, shelter and clothes and if they are getting that from the jobs they
do then that is also a kind of motivation for them to continue that type of job. Money or
incentives in any form is a very good motivation for any employee to work in an organization
and that way the organization and individual achieve there missions to be successful.

People like to save the extra money they earn so that they can use it later for vacations
with family or any other purpose. The jobs which are giving them better offers the people will go
for that because they want to not just makes a living for themselves but everyone else in their

DISADVANTAGES OF MOTIVATION IN PEOPLE
Motivation does not last for a very long time and therefore the people must be given
motivations in short terms so that they can make the people to continue working more efficiently.
People who are working day in and day out they find it very difficult to keep up there motivation
therefore they can not do that well. People must have motivation if they want to achieve there
objective of life and the organization they work in (Konieczna and Kleparski, 2017). People who
are working everyday that is very difficult for them to keep up with motivation because the
reward they get for the efforts they put in is after a long time so there way of doing things is also
different and slow. The company's which want there employees to work efficiently and more
fluently they must try to make the employees motivated by the team leader or the motivators
which can be invited by the company for the employees to learn.
Not always rewards must be given for the work is done on time because then the people
do the work even slower and it makes them think that they can do the work in there own time
and they will anyways get the reward even if the work is complete or not. The taking the reward
away is also not motivating in few of the cases (Stebbins, 2017). Companies must know how to
motivates and what motivates there employees of the organization only then the rewards must be
set accordingly. People who are giving there full effort to get the reward is the one who really
deserves the reward and not the one who is not giving there full attempt in the work assigned. To
make the people motivated the organization must try to make the people aware of the right and
wrong of the actual reward winners. Everyone does not get a reward if they are doing there work
like regular day work. People who are doing the work before the deadline and people who are

putting in efforts to make the company run efficiently those people deserve the reward and they
must be appreciated.
There are few individuals who are not interested in the reward and that few people will
not have a form of motivation to do the work which is assigned to the team. Not all the work that
is assigned to the teams must have a reward to meet the need of the assignment because the work
gets boring and people do not want to do those things anymore (Henden, 2017). There is a way
people get motivated to do things and if the organization does not realize that then they will be in
loss and not the other company's.
ROLES AND CHARACTERISTICS OF MOTIVATION
There are several roles and characteristics of motivation which are related to the
individuals and the organization in which the individual works. The different roles and
characteristics would be-
Psychological and personal concept is motivation- The managers of the organization
must study the employees and their mental psychological aspect so that they can trigger
their motivation within. There is motivation concept within all the individuals in there
unconscious mind and that is supposed to be woken up and got into action by the
management team of the organization so that the company can work efficiently and
better.
Process is motivation- to get a higher performance from an employee or any individual in
the world there has to be inspiration, reducing, activating and energizing, these are
required to be there in the individual (Roffee and Waling, 2016). This is required because
people will go through a lot of troubles because they will not be able to achieve there
aims and objectives which will make them have a tensions, unsatisfied needs and no
achievements in life.
Goal oriented is motivation- there is one direction which the people should work towards
and that is very important for everyone in life. Having a goal and aim in life will make
the individuals and the organization to work towards it and make a achievement in life
and they will be able to grow faster in life. Motivation causes a sense of direction which
is required in an employee, there is a feeling of the persons need cause that will give him
a satisfaction for there tries. Through better job performance the goals are supposed to be
achieved with high productivity from the organizations point of view.

and needs can be anything of the people working in the organization. The needs are a
level that is dependent on the psychological aspects and psychological of the persons or
individuals.
Continuous process is a type of motivation- motivation is not a one shot process but is a
on going process for everyone in the world and this is because the wants and needs are
unlimited of the individuals. The needs and wants of individual is unlimited and can not
be satisfied in one shot. So, the wants and needs are unlimited therefore even motivation
for a person is unlimited. When one of the needs or wants is fulfilled then there is another
want which comes up and for that motivation is required therefore motivation is an on
going process for everyone (Soenens and et.al., 2017).
INFLUENCE OF MOTIVATION ON PEOPLE
Motivation is a on going process because it has a great influence on the daily emotions
emotions, hopes and dreams. Motivation has an positive impact on a persons life and with the
absences of motivation negativity can be seen. The psychological negative and positive effects of
motivation can be seen and that positive impacts of motivation in a persons life would be
achieving goals, day to day impacts and if the motivation lacks then the consequences one faces.
The people who have motivation in life and want to achieve there aims of life will have a
great influence in there work as well as the organization (Tan, 2016). People who are living a
daily life style will have dreams and goals in life and they need to achieve those and to get those
the people will have to work hard and for that hard work people need motivation. Motivation
makes a person or an organization work more efficiently and hard working towards one direction
so that they can achieve there objectives. There are a lot of psychological needs and wants of an
individual and to achieve those one must work. There is no limit to the wants and needs of a
person or an organization because they achieve one and there is another one in front of them.
Need of motivation is a must because they need to achieve all the needs and wants which come
in front of them.
When the basic needs and wants of a person is complete then they need other
psychological needs like good lifestyle, able to get things which make there house look better or
which makes them get the best of healthcare and other facilities. There is always another want
after achieving one want. Motivation in a person is the only thing which can make everyone

one to another and sharing the motivation makes everyone work more efficiently and
productively so that the work will get over faster. The team plays a very important role in an
organization therefore motivation is required in all the people in the organization so that they all
have the same motive and they all go in one direction. Motivation in organization comes from
leaders and motivators of the organization.
CONCLUSION
Motivation is very important in everyone's life because every individual has there
personal wants and needs they want to achieve in life. People work so must for another person or
themselves because they have a motivation since they want to achieve something in life.
Motivation has very positive impacts on people and makes them work very hard to achieve those
dreams and goals. The people with good motivation are being able to have a good lifestyle which
they can achieve through motivation. People psychological needs and wants are so many that
they need motivation to achieve those so that they can grow as people and make everyone else
grow to which they are connected to or related to.
