As per the detailed review of article presented by Vilakshan, 2016, it can be said that
study provides a detailing about understanding the relationship between employee motivation
and customer retention. By having an effective consideration of diverse keywords, the overall
strength to the study has been promoted. Classification of such keywords can be as employee
motivation, customer retention, organisational needs, loyalty, etc. It indicates that key standards
are properly maintained in the study to meet the objective. Key objective of the study was to
understand the employee motivational practices followed in Mandovi Motors. Also, relationship
between employee motivation and customer retention identification was also a major concern of
the report (Vilakshan, 2016). Another objective of the study was to analyse impact of experience
of the employees on motivation. It indicates that research objectives are being designed
significantly to support the evidence based learning. Consideration of standards in terms of
research objectives has provided effective accomplishment of the study.

collection. It has helped in gathering information regarding employee motivation techniques
followed in Mandovi Motors.
Data analysis is being presented on the basis of quantitative measures so that objectives
can be accomplished. Selected strategy was appropriate as per methodology and it has provided
detailed information in respect to customer retention and employee motivation. Also, application
of Anova technique and other quantitative tools has helped in analysing the diverse factors of
study in significant manner. General content is not being presented in the study which is also a
key strength of present study. Proper evidences are being promoted in the study to ensure that

standards of research work are being accomplished properly. Literature review section is also
being covered in the research study presented by Vilakshan. 2016. It has been evaluated that
citation of literature work is also according to standards which has helped in presenting evidence
based learning. Diverse factors related to motivation and customer retention are being discussed
in the literature which also provides a support to findings sections. It has been noticed that
relation between findings section and literature has been maintained significantly so that overall
outcome can be accomplished. However, it can be concluded that research standards are being
well maintained by the experts in the study. Also, information about motivation strategies and
other values is being presented significantly in the study. It has presented results in respect to
employee motivation and its impact on customer satisfaction.
