the contradictory. A group or a team cannot achieve success until and unless there is an
acquisition of the deliberate plan, and it is the function or responsibility of the leaders to
safeguard this occurs.

I do make those goals or target every month. However, I make certain goals regularly
when it is needed.
My motivation has helped all of my employees. As a health care manager, it is very
authoritative that I have a respectable and sympathetic m, mentality towards my employees. I
have come to know about what analysis outfits are required to learn about what encourages
my employees. As a result of it, every employee has developed their work level as well as
their performances. The behavioral changes have also been noticed with some of the
employees. They have become more descend nowadays. All the employee have started
working together, as well as they help each other. My motivation has influenced greatly in
our organization. Therefore I can easily argue with the statement that Motivation is an
abundant process or technique to aid and assist the staffs of any organization and to make
them feel like they are the fragmented part/ chunk of the organization which is very
significant for this organization.

The emotional intelligence of mine through motivation has also had a great impact on
the employees. As a healthcare manager, I have abided by all the strengths of emotional
intelligence in my organization. I have applied some self-awareness, emotional management,
effective communication to all my employees and have given them the chance to speak. I
have also maintained a courteous manner to all my employees. I have also identified the
strength and weaknesses of our team. Apart from this I have also provided the flexible work
hours as well as have fixed a bonus for their additional work. In such a manner I have
maintained a proper environment in our organization.
There are certain practices to sustain this level of motivation. The first step is not to
be afraid to envoi or to delegate. Next is to know the skill of the employee and provide the
task according to his/her skills. The most important aspect is to communicate efficiently with
employees. Lastly, the foremost thing is to have empathy towards the employee.
