INTRODUCTION
It is important that people should work properly so that goals and objectives of the company can
be achieved. It is necessary to motivate employees to work efficiently and complete their work
on time (Ramdhani, Ramdhani and Ainissyifa, 2017). In the report various factors which help in
motivating employees to work are discussed, factors that is experienced by employees as a result
of their job roles are also described, which includes positive as well as negative impact.

1. Various factors which motivate employees to work
There are many various factors that helps in motivating employees to work efficiently and
sometimes motivation works more than money or any other benefit. The main factors that help in
motivating employees are :
Feeling a sense of meaning and purpose in their work- It is important to influence or motivate
employees so that they can do their work properly and helps in accomplishing goals and
motivating employees. A leader plays an important role in convincing people to give their best so
that they should work hard and develop their skills so that targets can be achieved and
organization can increase its productivity by generating more profit. It is essential that employees
should understand their work and do the work with interest so that they will enjoy and it will
help in reducing absenteeism (Arijanto and Taufik, 2017). Employees should know what is the
meaning and purpose of completing the task and why it is important to achieve goals of the
organization.
The performance of employees depends upon how much they are interested in work,
whether they are understanding what work they have to do or not. It is essential that they should
properly understand the task and they should learn new things or take trainings on time so that it
will be easy to work. Various research have done and from the research it has been found that it
is important to influence employees to work because they are the only source for achieving
organizational goals and it will increase the productivity (Damayanti and Dewi, 2020). If
employees are satisfied, their all the needs are fulfilled then they will give their best in
accomplishing targets of the company. In the IOM electronics company this factors plays an
important role in fulfilling objectives, the leader of the company manages all the activities in the
company and he takes steps to motivate employees so that they can perform well and contribute
in achieving goals of the organization.

be achieved. It is necessary to motivate employees to work efficiently and complete their work

Working in a positive company culture – It is necessary that employees get safe and
healthy environment to complete their work and this will help the organization in increasing
productivity of employees as well as of the company. Managers should try to create good culture
in the company so that employees can be satisfied and they will give their best in accomplishing
targets of the organization. In the company there should be no discrimination among employees
on the basis of gender, caste, religion, income, or any other issue. All the workers should be
treated equally, this will help in creating good environment in the company and this will satisfy
the employees as well as customers (Fitrio, Budiyanto and Agustedi, 2020).
In the IOM electronics company all the employees are treated equally and there is no
discrimination among workers related to any issue. The culture of the organization is its
personality, it means if the culture of the company is good then more employees will want to
work with the company and if culture is not good then no one will like to work with the
company. So, managers should take necessary decisions regarding how to motivate employees
and provide them good environment so that they will enjoy working in the company and this will
build the interest among workers.
Opportunities for learning and development in the workplace – In the company employees
should be provided training so that they can learn new things and develop their skills. If training
is given to employees then there will be many opportunities for workers, this will be beneficial
for the company as it will help them in creating good image in the market and customers will be
attracted. As technology is changing day by day so it is important to provide training to the
workers so that they can work efficiently and contribute in achieving goals of the company.
This is also one of the factor that helps in motivating employees and increase sales of the
company by manufacturing good quality products. The company provides learning opportunities
to employees so that they can perform better and contribute in achieving goals of the company.
