Research aims
The research will be aimed at understanding the different leadership roles that
are played by the management of the organizations in order to promote job satisfaction
and motivation among the employees. Job satisfaction and motivation helps in reducing
the rate of staff turnover in the organizational contexts. Therefore, the aim of the
research is to examine the different leadership roles that are played by the management
in order to reduce staff turnover rates resulting to the smooth functioning of the
processes.
Research objectives
The objectives of undertaking the research are:
To examine the different implications of leadership roles played by the
management in promoting motivation and job satisfaction among the employees
To inspect the extent to which motivation and job responsibility reduce the rate
of staff turnover

Information to be gathered and accessed
In this current study, the data will be collected from the primary and secondary
sources. The data for the primary sources will be gathered through exit interviews of
employees working in the hospitality industry. The employees will be provided with an
online survey through Google forms and the survey questions will be analyzed
quantitatively. The qualitative data will be conducted by executing interviews of the
managers working in the hospitality industry and will consist of open-ended questions.
The secondary data will be collected from government websites, statistical websites and
annual report of different companies in the hospitality industry. In order to collect the
primary data, the respondents will be provided with information sheet and consent forms
so that they have the access to necessary information regarding the purpose of the
project and their interest in participation.
