I, ABC, have completed my graduation in the field of medicine from the XYZ University
in the year 2000. My research is based on the development of a business plan which will help to
improve the motivation of the employees to work more efficiently (Yunus, 2017). The purpose
of this work is that it will help all the organizations to increase their production levels and this
would mean higher availability of services and products to the consumers. It is for this reason
that I have decided to apply for the TY Danjuma MBA Scholarship for Africans.
In today’s age of capitalism, it is important for the employees to work efficiently and for
this purpose it is important that they are properly motivated (Broadley et al., 2016). This will
help the companies to increase their sales value and earn a higher profit margin in return. Apart
from the organizations, this innovation will be more helpful for the employees as they will now
be able to work seamlessly and will also be able to earn higher wages because of their production
levels (Broadley et al., 2016).
This scholarship would provide me the much needed finances to carry out my work. This
work is revolutionary and I could use all the assistance I can get. My innovation is towards
revolutionizing the business world so that the level of productivity can increase. I shall be highly
