This research proposal aims to evaluate the impact of employee motivation on organizational performance within the context of McDonald's. It outlines three key objectives: understanding the relationship between employee motivation and organizational performance, evaluating the role of employee motivation in enhancing performance, and suggesting strategies to improve employee motivation. The literature review examines existing research on motivation, organizational performance, and their interconnectedness, highlighting the importance of motivated workforces, positive perceptions, and emotional connections. The proposed research design employs an inductive approach, utilizing surveys and literature reviews for data collection. Both primary and secondary data will be gathered and analyzed using qualitative and quantitative methods. The study will use probability sampling, focusing on 55 McDonald's employees, while acknowledging limitations related to time, resources, and ethical considerations. The Gantt chart provides a timeline for the research activities.
