Motivation has always been impact the organisational performance by improving the

standards, motivation, commitment and employee evaluations to be the main factor and
solution to the organisational issues faced by the Commonwealth Bank in terms of its
performance. Motivation is an important asset for every organisations that it could use to
make its employees their long term loyal friend. The study of Kuranchie-Mensah and

motivation (Hitka & Balazova, 2015).
