with headquarters in London, England. The company is selling different designs of clothes,
beauty, home, and food products which influences the number of customers and supports
increasing organizational productivity. The company was founded in 1884, by Michael Marks
and Thomas Spencer. The company has 959 stores across the UK. A human resource manager
recruits skilled and talented employees so that each work could be managed effectively. Such a
