on particular issue and resolve it effectively (Durham, Yingling, and Hershberger, 2019). The
present report is based on increasing employee turnover in organization that affected business
negatively. The report covers different methods that being used to improve learning and resolve
issues.

Background of the research
Employees are the assets of organization who understand their roles and responsibilities
then perform their working. This is important for each employer to know what their employees
wants and how they could be satisfied. Employee retention refers to ability and skills of an
industry that used to satisfied the people and gets work done. Bentley Motors is the large size
auto mobile sector that manufacture different model of cars by using new technology and
innovation that can help to increase sales. It has seen that employee turnover is increasing day by

Rationale of Research
The reason behind conducting this research is to develop their personal and professional
context. In relation to personal, communication, leadership and motivational skills that can hep
to manage their task. The professional aspects helps to develop understanding about employee
retention and motivation schemes that is used to complete the study and manage work effectively
(Lee and Chen, 2018).

To determine the role of motivation schemes in Bentely Motors.
As per view point of Frederico (2021), Employee motivation is the main activity of
business industry that is used to influence number of employees at the workplace and gets work
done. The role of motivation in organization is important as number of people gets ready to work
continuously and collectively for the purpose manage their work. Employees are the main assets
of organization as they have contributed in industry activities and complete their performance by
managing each task. In relation to Bentley Motors, organization is facing the issue of increasing
employee turnover that hampered production and selling functions. The motivation became most
important for organization as it can satisfy their staff and retain them for long period so that they
work continuously. This can help to organizational development by managing their working and
functions appropriately.

talent.
According to Gill, (2022), Motivation schemes also knows as strategy that is used by
employer to understand the problems of their staff and provide satisfaction that can help to
develop organizational productivity. Motivation and retention is the activity of solving
employee's issues and retaining staff at the workplace that supports to improve business
productivity. There are different motivation schemes that can be used by Bentley Motors to
motivate and retain their staff. Training and development is the important scheme that is used to
provide training to existing and new staff who is working in organization and manage their work.

information about different schemes to motivation that uses by Bentley Motors to retain their
staff by resolving issues (Lin, 2019).
Research strategy – To start and managing work there is need to have planning that
states ways how to attain business objectives. The researcher should have proper planning to
conduct research and manage the data. The strategy of research are interview, survey, case study,
