employees in the organisation. Motivation the strategy support organisation to create positive
environment in the organisation and also improve implies engagement in the organisation. In
order to identify the different kind of strategy and context of talent management for retaining
talented individual within a company this report is going to consider Marks & Spencer
organisation which is situated in a London, England and it specialise in selling clothes, home
products and food products. Apart from this this report also going to focusing on the different
