Motivation Techniques by Top management
By considering the article, the thesis statement on which the emphasis should be given is related
with the methods, tools or techniques that are considered by the top level management to
motivate the employees who are working in the organization. Organization behavior is
concerned with exploring the behavior of human who are working in the organization.
Motivation by the top management helps the employees to resolve the issues that are prevailing
at the workplace and also to manage things according to that. The efficiency of the company can
be determined by analyzing the success. Employees play a great role in every company to
complete the task and activities that are prevailing in the organization (Canrinus, Helms-Lorenz,
Beijaard, Buitink and Hofman, 2012).
Motivation is a key which encloses all the qualities of the employee which he possessed. The
strength which is analyzed in this article is based on the level of motivation in the employees
who are working in the organization. There are various tools, methods and techniques that have
enhanced the working pattern of the employees who are working in the organization. The
methods and techniques are used that clearly defines and apply the methods that are used to
enhance the efficiency. In this article there are various theories that are used to enhance the
working capacity of the employees who are working in the organization. The research consumes
the time and also it involves the qualified individuals in which the huge cost is indulged. When
the data is analyzed then it is seen that the methods and techniques gives profitability to the
organization but are not according to the point on which the full organization can trust on
(Kleebbua and Siriparp, 2016).
Motivation is based on the willingness of a person to attain and accomplish the goals and
objectives of the organization. It is seen that the level of motivation should be based from time to
time. Motivation is very essential so that the economic situation can be developed and also the
scenario of the working pattern can be changed effectively. Motivation discloses all the skills of
an individual worker and also enhances the confidence level of the employees to work
effectively in the organization. It is considered as an essential asset which gives direct impact on
the performance standards by the organization. To enhance the productivity level and also to
motivate the employees the motivation should be implemented by the managers of the

organization, so that the goals and objectives can be attained in effective manner (Blaskova,
Bizik and Jankal, 2015).
The points which are analyzed and are agreed with thesis statement are many like, it can be
easily understandable that motivation takes away the individual at the level on which the workers
can easily achieve or attain the goals and objectives of the organization. If we consider the
surveys that are done in the article it is seen that the accurate methods should be implemented in
the organization which gives positive environment in the organization. The level of motivation
not only assists to enhance the abilities of the work but also satisfy the needs related with the
personal requirements. The techniques and methods that are used to plan the methods, so that the
workforce which is present can easily attain the goals and objectives. The product superiority
gives assurance to the products and helps to enhance its market in effective manner (Dhar,
2015).The survey which gives focus in the article is concerned with the proper techniques that
should be adopted by the managers, so that the managers can easily attain the positive results. If
we consider the surveys that are shown in the article, then it can be seen that there are various
ways by which the employees can feel motivated with each other. If the employees work with
full motivation then it can be seen that the performance of the employees can be increased
effectively. It is analyzed that the strategies should be implemented by the managers so that the
work can be performed with full efficiency and dedication. There are various orientations that
are based on the needs of the human and their behavior. The manager should take into
consideration the level of motivation which can easily match the employees who are working in
the present (BissingOlson, Iyer, Fielding and Zacher, 2013).
The top level should take into consideration the Maslow’s theory which can easily get a focus to
motivate the individual by seeing the current needs of the consumers. This theory is very easy
and should be given focus by the company. It does not require the certain skills to be performed
in effective manner. Motivation gives a direct impact on the productivity of the employees.
There are many ways by which the level of motivation can vary from person to person
(Temminck, Mearns and Fruhen, 2015). The strategies that can be adopted by the managers are
offering incentives, recognition and self-motivation. An incentive enhances the level of
productivity and can work with the ability of an individual. An incentive comes in various ways
like bonuses, perks and paid leave. Self-motivation is concerned with the person who is

dedicated towards the work. There are various employers who attain the positive results if the
employees are efficient towards their task and the activities. There are many other factors which
end up by the challenges and with the work productivity (Donagan, 2017).
By analyzing the entire scenario from the article, it is seen that the motivation proves to be very
important and beneficial for both the employees and the organization to enhance the level of
productivity and profitability. The survey gives main focus on the differentiations which are
concerned with the factors and variables that are considered in an economy so that the
motivation strategy can be showed in proper way. It is very essential to consider the motivation
tools and techniques so that the manager can attain the positive results. It is seen that the methods
consume time and cost but if it is implemented in effective manner, then the organization can
easily attain the goals and objective of the organization (Miner, 2015).
