satisfaction function to the employees and deliver healthy culture for the welfare of the
individual person. by motivating the people who are working in the association the

Thompson, 2018). in order to obtain all this benefit the organisation or the manager of the
modern workplace utilized the theories of motivation that provide an idea of motivation
which are mentioned as follow:
