Motivation refers to the process which guide, initiates and encourage employees to
perform with their full potential to complete the organisation goals successfully. The employees
are the main assets for any company to achieve the business growth and success. The managers
of organisation can motivate employees by providing them better work place, recognition,
rewards, initiative, growth opportunities and many more to improve overall performance.
Motivated employees give their full dedication and improve their skills or knowledge to perform

enterprises is Lucky Generals. It is located in London which provides advertising and marketing
services to the people.

performance of the employees toward the accomplishment of organisation goals. In Lucky
Generals the manager used various motivation theories to encourage and support the staff
members so they give their full potential for their personal as well as organisational goal.

Love and belonging- In this level of needs the employees wants family, love, friendship
and sense of belonging to retain in the company. In Lucky Generals, the manager try to make
healthy and friendly relationships among employees by giving them chance as well as better
communicating with them so they share their problem easily. Also, they try to generate team
sprite among members for better coordination in task so they cannot feel depressed or left out
while performing their task or job in the organisation.
Esteem- This need concerned with the employees respect, status and sense of recognition.
