strategies during interview.
The major influence of Motivational interview through into patient that identify through and
feeling that cause her continue which helps to healthy people through better develop new

in close ended questions such as :
As per the video of motivational interview, in that Interviewer and applicant is having

problem which he/she is facing in their daily life. The only objective for conducting motivational
video is to creates positive environment on which applicant can feel relaxed and release stress o

Critical reflection of motivational interview
Description:- During the phase of motivational interview I was been asked about different
questions with respect to directive questioning style. In accordance with my comfort level
I felt very much confident because direct motivational questions were there. When I
reached for the interview the main thing which gets assessed is the skill level and
confidence in accordance with all aspects. My mentor who was taking the interview was
continuously asking easy questions with respect to my knowledge area. As per my skill

and comfort level I applied for motivational interview and always wanted to determine
directive questioning style.
Feelings:- It was my first experience of giving interview and all in the aspect of directive
questioning style. I felt very much stressed because due to financial problems lot of
problems occurred and I had high responsibilities and used to consumer cigarette. During
the interview I got motivated because interviewer asked me continue performing sports
activities and quit smoking.
Analysis:- I analyzed that client provided full support to enhance my growth level and on
the basis of that only I further achieved growth. A person can get motivated only if client
supports at their best level. So, by analyzing the video I learned that I should decrease the
usage of consuming cigarette so that I can fulfill my responsibilities efficiently and on the
basis of that I should continue doing sports. I also got motivated because interviewer
asked each and everything about me due to which my stress level was getting reduced.
CONCLUSION
From the above report it has been concluded that motivation is the most important thing
which is needed while doing work in an organization. When any kind of interview takes place
then the first thing which is required is the motivation and confidence level of an employee. If an
individual would be encouraged and motivated then they will not work in an efficient manner.
Motivation is also needed at the time of building up the self -efficacy level. There are various
types of assumptions and techniques in relation with the concept of motivation. While doing
planning for an interview it is important that proper motivational skills are there so that while
working with other coworkers such actions helps in their process of providing best level of
performance. From the report it is also been concluded that in relation with motivation there are
many actions which are involved and it should be used at appropriate period of time so that those
actions helps all workers in their future aspects.
